Awesome! I live in a smaller town and only been here a year..I’m going to see if I have one near me, I hope so..we drink SO much water around here! Usually $2.99 is the lowest I get and that’s just for purified water NOT spring water!

  2. me

walgreens has 24 pks of walgreen brand for 1.99

    • Chrissy

Are you saying that Walgreens has the water on sale this week, or that they often have them for that price?
I must have missed it…awesome price!

      • MichelleA

My Walgreens in S. FL has it on sale for 1.99 this week!! It was in my ad (but sometimes the ads vary).

  3. Sue

My neighbor and I split this deal and got ICE MOUNTAIN! Great buy!

  4. Bonnie

I was all about to jump on this deal and then I thought “What am I thinking, there are 100 + packs of aquapods in my garage.” You all have fun getting this one, I will have to pass, but what a great deal!

  5. Sam

Can’t believe that people actually pay for water?

    • Tracey

The water in my town is absolutely horrid, I’d never drink it. I’m originally from Chicago and that tap water is fine, but this small town not too far from Chicago– not on your life would I drink it.

    • Jessica K

We used to live in a town in TX where the city recommended bottled water for children and pregnant women. You could always tell who drank the local water too by the brown stains on their teeth.

  6. Katie

Yep! I prefer the taste of bottled, clean water. I find it disgusting drinking water that is traveling through dirty pipes, is not filtered (I do have a Brita pitcher though), has remnants of prescription drugs in it, and may have parasites.

I do not like the effect watter bottles have on the environment, however, I only use the bottles for traveling or for guests at my house that ask for a bottled water when we go places. I recycle everything in my house and either filter my tap water or purchase bigger containers of bottled water to lessen my impact.

    • terri

Katie, while I actually agree with you about the taste of bottled water, I wanted to add that bottling companies themselves also have to have the water travel through “dirty pipes” into probably “dirty holding tanks”, and pouring the water into “dirty plastic that leaches chemicals”. I’m no purist, I drink what I can, but I think the playing ground is pretty even. And most local drinking water is purified and tested regularly. Also, I think almost all water (spring, mountain, lake) has parasites. And sometimes I don’t know what’s worse…a parasite or a chemical…just a thought.

nope..no office depot near me.. I will have to pass..but I did see the $1.99 Walgreens deal but I thought that was just for purified and not spring water? anyways great price, so I will just go there since I usualyl pay $2.99 at CVS and that’s the lowest I’ve ever seen it!

Don’t forget about $9 for CRV! that brings it to about $.13 per bottle. Oh ya, and add the tax. I decided not to get this deal because my Costco would end up being cheaper :/

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      What is CRV?

      • Christy B.

California Redemption Value, a deposit paid on purchases of certain recyclable beverage containers in California.

  9. Charlotte Brown

Can you also use arrowhead coupons?

  10. Jessica

Went to Office Depot last week and they were NOT coupon friendly, even though I called TWICE to make sure they gave me a hard time about everything!!!! They would not let me use the $10 off $20 on sale items (even though it does not state that on the coupon!) dumb!!! Then she gave me a hard time about the manufacture coupons to the point that I said forget it and I will not be going back there anytime soon!

  11. Cole

The Office Depot coupon expired over a week ago…so this deal WON’T work.

    • Christy B.

There are two coupons on that PDF, one that expired 10/16, the other good until 11/20. Hope that helps! 🙂

  12. Marla

Cole – there are two coupons. one for now – which has expired and one for later that is good until November 20th

  13. Deb

My Q’s clearly state Nov 20th too!

  14. Jeni

    Please HELP me…
I am not getting this deal. Why does it say buy 9? if its B1G1 isnt that a odd #? shouldnt it be 8 or 10? please explain… Thanks

    • Jeni

      DUH… I got it… Buy2 get 1.. Thanks…

  15. Alisa

I was able to do this deal just fine. Got 9 cases of deer park. Thanks Collin!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

how much did u pay total???

  16. Debra

My sister & I went to Office Depot today for the water deal & as we were loading our 9 cases into the cart we noticed another lady doing the same thing (with her coupon in hand of course). The lady mentioned HIP2SAVE & we said yeah!? The promotion worked as noted and we exchanged some other coupon tips. Thanks HIP2SAVE!! Your fan club of fellow couponers are everywere.

  17. Lisa

Where did this coupon come from? Its not a normal coupons like from coupons.com. How do we know its legit?

    • Tawanda

      Lisa,
Most likely this is a coupon from Office Depot.com, which generates coupons when you sign up for their mailing list and special offers. . I get coupons from Office depot via snail mail and email.

  18. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

check out hteir clearance in backpacks and lunch totes…there were some awesome bags for only $4(org $35-$45), $2 ( princess, hello kitty, spider man)and some of friends found for even $1

  19. Michelle

I just did this deal yesterday and it worked but I wish I would have known about the CRV! That made it about $22, not the 13.94 that was listed. 🙁 For those of you that it worked for, did you have to pay the CRV?

  20. margaret in seattle

everything is always more pricy here in seattle. it’s $4.99/case here. but the good thing is i only need to get 6 cases and pay for 4 plus a bottle of school glue on clearance for 8 cents to hit $20. which also turned out to be $1.66/case.

  21. melinda

I tried to do this deal today and cashier told me that on the coupon, it said not valid on “specials/sales”. Guess this was a no-go for me. 🙁

    • Kelly W.

I tried this today and the same thing happened to me. She rang it up and scanned the coupon, and said that it wouldn’t work because it is a promotional deal ????????? I know I have used coupons on promotional/sales before not sure why this one was any different.

  22. Ginger B

I just did this today and I used my rewards card so it didnt cost me anything out of pocket! 🙂 woohoo!
