I’m not finding the P&G insert in any papers here in Louisville. I’m wondering if it isn’t included, or if it’s just a mix-up in my area. Has anyone else had this problem, now or ever in the past?

Sadly, yes. I’ve gotten papers that didn’t have their inserts in them. I bought 5 papers a few weeks ago and there was suppose to be an insert with $3/1 Purex 3-in-1 and I didn’t get that insert in any of my papers; I was bummed!
they dont come in my papers ever either. all we get are really thin smart source inserts. no redplum or p&g
Bummer! We usually get them, but there was some kind of mistake this time, apparently. I found out that only home-delivered papers got them.
Drina, the Louisville paper usually does have a P&G. For some odd reason, they didn’t this time. I have no idea why. I’m glad I looked through papers before I bought any.
Yes, good thing. I usually buy two, and bought five for the P & G. Kroger was nice enough to take three back. And I called the CJ about it, and a woman offered to mail me a couple of the heavy P&G booklets, though I still won’t have an insert. I was happy about that.

All Jewel Foods Stores (a SUPERVALU affiliate) in Chicagoland accept Walgreens RR manufacturers coupons. Some Dominicks (a Safeway affiliate) also Chicagoland may accept them. I get my Wags RR and use most of them at Jewel.

NO! you can use your walgreens register rewards to buy food at some grocery stores but you can’t use your zarbees 3.00 manu coupon to buy food there

yes, according to the Safeway coupon policy they will accept walgreens Register rewards as long as they say “manufacturer coupon” on them. I have heard this is your mileage may very based on cashier or location, but I have never been turned down and the RR’s from walgreens, albertsons, fred meyer scan just fine at safeway!!!!

Wait –Lpmousse — just looked at the Wags add I meant…. Yes if you go to Walgreens and buy the Zarbees and then it prints out a Wags RR you then can take that RR that you got for purchasing the cough syrup and use it a Jewel.

I plan on doing the Sinex MM tomorrow and buying produce with my RR overage. The small print restrictions on the Wags RR apply at Jewel you can’t use them on liquor, gift cards, etc.. You can use them on any other type of products sold at Jewel/Osco– the majority of items sold in those stores.
This is revolutionary. I never thought to read the fine print. I just told my friend who coupons a bunch, and will tell some other people who are occasional couponers. Thanks!!!
My Publix takesWalgreen RR…so I use them to pay for groceries. So easy and not a hassle to use them like at Walgreens.
where are you located?? Probably not in Florida b/c they are so picky down here…. no double coupon, no Penny item, etc.

Little bit of topic, but still in WG category. My WG in Anaheim, CA have all Sunscreen 75% off. Pair with any coupon you have will score very good deal. I had the $2/1 Haiwian Tropical and final price only $0.64 each.
I did the Sinex deal and did not get the $5 RR.
I totally got $116 worth of stuff today (before coupons and sales) for $7.32 using coupons, sales and factoring in my RR. And I’m giving a lot of it my friend to give to her pediatrition to hand out in Haiti on a missions trip. How cool! Now to use my RR at Jewel. I read all the fine print on my RR and they said nothing about being able to use them at Jewel, but here’s hoping. 🙂

I used two RR yesterday at Jewel. The cashier didn’t even blink. 🙂
However, then I went over to Dominicks to use their USave program and coupons. I ran into several problems, and didn’t feel like I got a clear answer from the manager. I had done the exact same transactions I was trying to do yesterday in past weeks, and everything had gone through just fine. This time the cash register beeped all over the place. I went to customer service, and complained about the lack of clarity in their coupon policy (which they gave to me, and which doesn’t state what they said it stated) and lack of clarity about the USave program. I don’t want to do wrong things with coupons, but I do want to get a good deal. I finally got my $5.60 for the coupons that didn’t work, but I was made to feel like I was the bad one instead of them for being unclear in their policies.
I’m now back to being a Jewel shopper unless Dominicks has a great sale and I don’t have to use any coupons.

I had a great day today at walgreens. I did the Deal just like collin posted above except for one little difference. I also got 3 of the small cough drops for 99 cents a piece. I used one 1/1 and two 1.50/1 along with the coupons listed above, I got overage, and ended up paying only oop 0.74 cents. WHOOO great day for me
I also forgot to add this is great timing too. I came home to a sick husband and kiddo.
