My Dollar General will not. They made that clear to me on Sunday. I wish I never tried. It made my transaction a nightmare.
Yeah, no way am I trying it. They just about regarded me as a criminal for using the Libby’s vegetables coupons (2 of them!). At least the P&G coupon is not IP and it will only take them 5 minutes to figure it out instead of 10.

I am in Flint,MI and I got a P&G…always check your papers because the place I go to get mine for some reason every sunday half of them have coupons and the other half doesnt?!?!?!

I have bought inserts off ebay before on good P&G weeks. They usually sell for around .50-.75 cents. Not too bad since the Sunday paper here is $2.00
Same here. I buy off Ebay (IF they are reasonably priced, which IMO, most HOT ones are not…think $5 off Olay – 20 for $20??! Ack!! LOL) I generally trade for what I need on coupon trading sites like hotcouponworld.com 🙂

I did this deal yeaterday and I did use the dollar off coupon from last mont’s p&g (expires today though) and paid $1 plus tax for both!
i WAS able to use 2 $1 off coupons and 2 bogo free coupons, to get all 4 products for $2 🙂
If your Rite Aid price matches (mine does), then you can get the body wash for free when using the $1 off coupon in the Rite Aid coupon book. If you use the additional $1 off Manufacturer’s coupon, it becomes a $1 MM. (But only if your Rite Aid allows overage.) Mine does.

OK….I dont have my coupons with me…but with the body wash being $2.00…how much is the Secret Deodorant?? The two together possible low OPP??? I know the $5.00 coupons expire today….didnt know if someone has tried this yet??

If you happened to take advantage of that Walmart Olay gift pack deal (with rebate) recently, there were a bunch of coupons in the Olay Winter Indulgence set I got, including a $2 off 1 Olay body wash, bar soap or body lotion, making this body wash deal at DG FREE!!!
I used that coupon this past sunday at DG and it worked. I was planning on price matching the product at walmart, but I couldn’t find that size bottle there. The bottle of Olay body wash was on the smaller side.
You are right, the Olay bottle is 8 oz and the Body effects are 10. I had the $1 off any Olay so I got the body effects
I got an awesome deal yesterday on Olay at Walgreens! I don’t know if it can be replicated as I don’t know how it happened so it could be a fluke. I was doing two transactions yesterday and had my two small kids with me so I was at home before I looked over my receipts.
I only had one $5 off 1 select Olay product with Secret purchase coupon so I planned to do this deal:
Buy 1 Secret Trial Size deodorants $0.99
Buy 1 Olay Ribbons Body Wash $4.99
Buy 1 Olay Quench 8.4oz Lotion $4.99
Use 1 $5 off 1 select Olay product with Secret purchase coupon from the 10/31 PG (Exp 11/30)
Use 1 FREE Olay lotion with body wash purchase coupon from the 11/28 PG
I also bought 1 Salonpas Pain Relief Patch 5′s $5.99 = $5.99 RR
I expected to pay $0.99 for the Secret, $0 for the Olay, and $5.99 for the Salonpas for a total of $6.98. But the total came to $4.48.
On my receipt where it lists all the coupon deductions, there is an extra line that says:
“OLAY B/W CRM 10OZ $2.50 – 50%”
For some reason it looks like it off another 50% on one of the Olays. So I actually made a $1.50 buying the secret and 2 olays.

Oh, your post just made me realize something. I was thinking that the sale was “Buy one body wash get one body wash 50% off” but the sale is actually “Buy one Olay, get one Olay 50% off” So I didn’t have to buy two of the same thing to get the sale price. You get 100% off with the coupon AND 50% off with the sale. Wow!
Just make sure you buy another item to catch the overage.

Kroger has an e-coupon 1.50 off body wash and another e-coupon 1.50 off lotion. They will both come off when the items ring up. So, that is like having an additional $3 coupon toward the price of the body wash. You can also use the paper coupons.
Have you tried it?… The terms online for the coupon say this “Limit of one coupon per item. Digital coupons and paper coupons may not be combined on the purchase of a single item.”
Yes, they always take off my e-coupons in addition to the paper ones. The total takes a minute to update with the e-coupons. Wait until it does and then hand over all your paper coupons.
I have heard that some stores have stopped honoring the e-coupon but the cashiers even told me that this Kroger considers the e-coupon a store coupon.
I have never used e-coupons yet. I just loaded those two on my Fry’s card so will try this today. So if I imagine this right, when I am done and I click ‘pay now’, the e-coupons will get deducted automagically, right? Then I hand over 5 off 20 from F&E and the paper coupons, correct? Thanks!
That is the way I always do it. I don’t use the self-check, but when the cashier hits total, there is a lag on the e-coupons. As soon as I see them come off, I hand over the paper ones. Hope it works for you.

We have a new Dollar General here, so I have a 5 off 20 from a mailing coupon. Headed there shortly to give this a whirl with the free lotion and 1.00 off body wash coupon.
I got 3 olay quench body wash 2.00 ea, 3 olay quench body lotion 5.50 ea, and one 4pk double roll angel soft. Used a 5 off 20 and the 1.00 (3) olay body wash and the free lotion coupon (3) paid 1.70 that includes tax.
I just got 3 olay body wash at 2 dollars each and 3 olay quench body lotions (5.50 price) and I got it all for the price of the body wash at the DG here in KY. Also found the gillette deoderant for 3 dollars and had 2 dollar off coupons plus coupons for buy 2 get one free. So I paid 4 dollars for 6 gillette deoderants!!!!!! GREAT DEAL at the DG tonight.
It’s took phone calls, and vists to 3 Dollar General stores to find both the body wash and lotion at the same store. In the end I got 3 boby washes ($2) and 3 lotions ($5.50) for $6 plus tax. Great DG deal and they make great items for Christmas baskets.
