I’m assuming most of you have heard of e.l.f. cosmetics . If not, they sell very inexpensive cosmetics products–with most of their items priced at just $1! I usually pass up purchasing e.l.f. products because I hate paying the $6.95 shipping they charge! Well, guess what? I have a $0.25 shipping code to share with all of you. Just spend at least $10 and use coupon code 25FOR25 to score $0.25 shipping!

e.l.f. cosmetic products make great stocking stuffers, so here’s a quick round-up of some cute items to throw in those stockings:

These are just some ideas! They’ve got lots and lots of other items priced around $1-$5 to browse through!

WOW!!! I see some christmas shopping going on here.. Thanks.

  2. donna

Great stocking stuffers for little girls/preteens. The quality is fairly sub-standard in my opinion, but yes perfect for dress-up or experimenting young teens 🙂

    • donna

And I mean sub-standard as in, I received one brush that shed all over in the first use and two completely dried up eye-liners…

      • aysha

i agree with the dried eyeliner pens…was super disappointed! but i like their brushes…and im off to buy some more! lol

  3. Bridget

Just got both my teenage daughters some cute stuffers to go in their stockings! Thank you!!

  4. heiAt

Don’t they sell this at target? I thought i saw it the other day i was there….I only noticed because yes, they were $1 and $3 which i thought was pretty cheap.

    • turboturtle_8

Yes they sure do! The online selection may be bigger. 🙂

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

They do sell this at Target.

      • Amanda

        As well as krogers.

  5. Fernanda

Thanks for the heads up….. got lost of goodies for my daughter’s Camp Rock Birthday party where she wants all her friend to dress up, perform songs from the movie and shot a video to give out as favors.

    • Stephanie

That’s a cute idea with the video favors.

There is also a free ship coupon code if you spend $40 – it’s SHIP40

  7. Jessica D

E.L.F cosmetics are PERFECT for pre-teens and teens!! I got a ton of stuff last Christmas for very low money and all of the stuff was great for my 12 year old. I even got tons and tons (literally- like almost every color) of nail polish for $1 each. Great deal..Thanks for posting!

  8. Amy

Great stocking stuffers for my two girls. They are so into make up right now and I hate buying the “toy” make up or buying the real stuff and spending a fortune.

  9. Ashley

I bought the eye shadow brush at Target last year and love it… and it’s only $1.00. I use that now instead of my Mary Kay brush!

  10. Kim

And if you buy $30 worth of stuff, you qualify for a free subscription to Women’s Health mag too, which can be declined for a $9.99 rebate. Makes the deal sweeter. https://www.eyeslipsface.com/vip/25mm

    • aysha

NO!!!! they NEVER REFUND the magazine subscription if you ask for a rebate instead of the magazine…heck, i never received the magazines either! DO NOT RELY ON THIS! i also contacted them a few times to no avail.

      • Latasha

I got my rebate after the last E.L.F deal posted. I actually just got it about a month ago- I had completely forgotten about it and it took me a few minutes to figure out what it was. But, I did get it.

  11. sarah

just placed an order! thanks!!! $10.25….cant beat that!!

  12. Ntorbett

Thanks!! WOW!! I am so excited…
    Christmas shopping here I come! : )

  13. Julie W

I saw yesterday that Target is selling ELF cosmetics in their store for the $1 per item. So, save yourself shipping… get it at Target 🙂

    • Abby

Target’s selection is very small. Their site has it all..TONS to choose from. 25 cent shipping and a huge selection? Yes!

  14. Megan

    where is this weeks challenge?

    • Allison

Collin posted her husband is having surgery so it will be next week.

  15. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

  16. Kari

Oh, Collin…. I think Christmas shopping is going to be a whole lot more fun this year with your help!!! Thanks!

  21. Tonia

Thanks! Just got my 12 year olds 12/20 birthday shopping done. She loves eye liner and I love her using more understated colors like pale pink. Ordering it for her, mommy gets her way 🙂

  22. Jessica

Just wanted to say, for anyone considering ordering this stuff, just order a few things at first rather than spending a lot of money, because the quality is much lower than drugstore makeup. I would say it’s a little lower than the Wet n Wild stuff you can get at the dollar store. I spent about $20 since there were so many things for $1 and $3 and I got lipbalm, a blush brush, eyeshadows, eyeliner, mascara, etc. I didn’t end up using any of it because it was such poor quality. The bush bristles fell out all over my face each time I tried to use it. The eye makeup didn’t go on as well as my Covergirl, and it felt really cheap. The lipbalm was really dried out and didn’t moisturize well. I would buy something like this for preteens who wouldn’t have high standards when it comes to makeup, but my teen cousins who wear makeup would never use this stuff. I am just hoping to save someone some money with this warning. Since the shipping is only a quarter, buy 3 or 4 of the $1 items and see if you like it before splurging on tons of stuff.

For those of you who like products from ELF, what specifically do you recommend?

    • Toni Fanelli

      I love their nail polish.

      • Jessica

thanks! I think I’ll try a couple of those. 🙂

        • Julie

Thanks I got one to try. Do you know what it compares to?

    • Allison

      I love their lip gloss!

  23. Julie

I read/watched a few reviews on youtube. I am going to give this a try for myself! Thanks Collin, figure it can’t hurt to try a new make up line for $10.25

    • Julie

Update** I used code SAVINGSELF to get $7.50 off my order..I ended up with 12 items for $16.45. The code is good for $7.50 off orders of $15 or more. SO better than FREE shipping!

  24. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Anyone have any input as to the quality of the cream eye shadow? I usually buy powder, but their selection of cream eyeshadow is much more extensive than the powder kind.

    • Suzanne

I bought some of those last year and am not happy with them. They don’t go on very smoothly and look blotchy. I would not recommend them.

  25. Miriam

I ordered last time there was a great coupon code for shipping out and I was thrilled with the products! I generally buy Clinique or Lancome products, but thought for a buck or three if I didn’t like it, I’d keep extra makeup in my purse or give it to my nieces. I LOVE the waterproof liquid eyeliner pen, even better than the high-end stuff. It stays on all day and with NO raccoon eyes…even after having my face pressed against the massage table! AND, the undereye highlighter/concealer is fabulous. I decided to try the lipglosses and eyeshadows this time too…we’ll see! I would definitely give it a shot for such a great price!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I’m with you … I am a long time Clinique user, but I just tried the ELF shimmer eyeliners and LOVE them!! And the undereye highlighter/concealer is FANTASTIC! I always buy the Touch base from Clinique and ELF has a terrific eyeshadow base. You just can’t beat a $1 and they are as good as Clinique if not better and I’m saving a TON of $$$! I just placed another order for MORE ELF products! 50% off everything, however, I still paid $6.95 for shipping, but the 50% made up for that! Can’t wait to receive my order! 🙂

  26. Rhonda C.

For those of you in Iowa, HyVee grocery and HyVee Drugstore sell e.l.f.

  27. Melinda

I bought $20 of eye products & got 1/2 off using code EYES50. But, cannot use the $.25 shipping with it. $16.95 for 7 eyeliners, 3 mascaras, 2 eyeshaddow sets including 4 duos and eyeshaddow brush. Some of this will go w/Victoria’s secret lipgloss set for a great teen gift.

  28. rose

Since lots of folks are talking about Xmas gifts (particularly for teens) there may be interest in this deal even though you would have to pay for shipping, it expires TODAY and I haven’t tried it out (gee, lots of caveats…apologies)

  29. wendyrose04

I’m super impressed with their brushes and studio blushes. I’d stay away from their $1 eyeshadows and colored glosses as they go on strangely. The clear gloss is nice and so is the lip balm. 🙂

  30. Katrina

Anyone figure out how to use 2 of the codes together I can’t seem to get more then one to work?

  31. aysha

WAIT!!! i juust came back from target and they have FILLED their shelves with ELF makeup for the holiday season! not s=just a small selection…they had all brushes, lip glosses, eye makeups, accessories! i’d say save the quarter on shipping if you dont even need to spend $10! and …these go ON CLEARANCE AFTER THE HOLIDAYS to about .50 cents or lower if you can catch them then!!!

    • Amber B

I just went to my target and couldn’t find elf anywhere! Is it with the rest of the makeup or do they put it somewhere else?

      • aysha

some were right between the registers and the makeup aisle and some were next to covergirl.

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

        ITS ONLY AT certian Targets.
        Had the same problem! /:
go to the eyeslipsface.com and do the store locater!(:
I ever saw some at the dollar tree, and grocery outlet.
        EVERYWHERE is getting it in!

  32. Wendy

LOVE their bronzer, nail polish and brushes. Can’t beat the price!

  33. Christy

I ordered some of the fun shimmery eyeliners and facial whip (planning to mix it with my foundation to give a nice glow). Anxious to get my products & try ’em out. Also am getting a free gift for referring 3 friends. Thanks Collin!

  34. Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I have never used ELF products so I spent 2 hours reading reviews on the products that I wanted to try. Each item seemed to have loads of people that loved it and a few that hated it. I seems to be hit and miss. I ordered a few different items for eyes, lips and nails in hopes that I will get more hits than misses. You just cant beat the prices! I would have NEVER paid $7 for shipping but 25 cents is awesome! Thanks Collin!

  35. shellbelle1229

Thanks for the code Collin! Snagged some new nail polish colors and I’m gonna try a couple new products out. Wish I’d remembered to go through ShopAtHome, though! 🙂

  36. Christy G.

My order arrived and I love it all! Shimmer eyeliners (the bronze is my favorite), undereye highlighter & concealer (WOW, does this stuff really lighten up the dark area under your eyes!!!), eyeshadow base. I generally buy Clinique, but ELF is just as good of quality (in the products that I just mentioned) and I am saving a TON of $$$. Can’t beat it. I have already placed another order. The only part I don’t like is waiting for my order to arrive. 🙂 Oh, I just checked Target’s selection while I was there and they had this teeny tiny end cap w/Elf products. Definitely shop online and skip browsing at the store. There is also a coupon code online for 50% off all products .. you will still pay the $6.95 for shipping, BUT if you buy enough, the 50% off coupon is a really sweet deal!
