I don’t see the Papas Points section to click on when I go to manage account. All I see is Personal info, sign in info, address info, payment info, and communication pref. Is anyone else having this problem??? Help!!!

you have to set your address first(register & place order)…do this, then it will show up!!
figured it out you have to choose a papa’s location…..when you go to your my account click the green button at the top under your address where it says something like order papas online/location or something in those terms, dont remember what it said exactly.

Papa Points is the second to last option when you manage your account. I just realized that I already have 60 papa points.. WOOT WOOT! I can get two free pizza’s.. 🙂 My kids will be happy and so will my wallet! 😉

Papa has the best pizza website. Been doing this for over a year now. For every $5 spent you get 1 point. The $10 pizzas they have had for the past month is a great deal. Already got my order in for super bowl sunday.
Do you get points only when you order online?

I could see the choice to create an account, but it didn’t act like hot button and clicking on it did nothing. So I went to the home page and over on the top right, it said “log in / Register” and selected register and that worked. HTH!

so does this mean i can make like 3 papa johns accounts and enroll in the rewards program and get 3 free pizza if they go into overtime lol
Okay…finally figured it out. This was not very straight forward, but if there’s OT, the 5 min it took me will be ok! So the Papa points section does not show up on your manage account page until you set your address & “start” an order, but not really….then the Papa points will show up under the other options, then click on it to enroll….
Finally figured it out! Site didn’t work at all (error message) the first few times I tried to get on.
