   I received mine in the mail today. It is so obviously used and disgustingly dirty. It is scratched up and had gunk in the cracks. I was so dissappointed! Think it will end up in the garbage. I have purchased from this company before. The MP3 players were supposedly NEW, but the box was labeled referbished. I think I will be staying away from this company for a while.
