Out of topic my Kroger store,Smith’s, has a new rule that only allows each customer to use two of the same printable coupons in one transaction. More restriction with coupons.

I would not be surprised to see this become standard policy at most stores in the very near future. With the popularity of the new extreme couponing show, it really presents a problem with coupon fraud. Theoretically each household is only supposed to be able to print two coupons from coupons.com / smartsource / couponnetwork / etc. However there are some people who print two from multiple computers in their home and/or print multiples from work with several workstations. There are a few other ways to print more than 2 coupons from the same computer but that need not be mentioned here.

The point being is that the stores make it easier on themselves by putting in the policy of two same item printed coupons per transaction to try and slow down potential fraud. Of course its just as easy for someone to make multiple transactions by going to another cashier or store or whatever. Either way the more people. try to cheat the system the more coupon restrictions will come into play.

It’s even easier to go spend my money elsewhere that has less restrictions…

I thought these were delicious if compared to the other small frozen snacks available. Someone else must have thought so because I “tried” a couple and then the next day, the entire bag was gone!

By the way, I don’t see anything about FREE on the Facebook page. It just says “coupons” will be given out at Kroger.
