Kmart Double Deals 7/24-7/30 (+ Toy Clearance!)

Well, it looks like select Kmart locations are at it again with another round of doubles starting today, 7/24 and running through 7/30! Select Kmart’s are doubling coupons up to $0.99 – which means you could possibly get a total of $1.98 off one product… but not likely considering I’ve never seen a $0.99 coupon.

To find out if your store is participating, I would recommend looking at at the weekly ad online here. On page 11 of my weekly ad it states that they are doubling coupons up to $0.99… so I am assuming if your store is in fact doubling, you’ll have something similar stated in your local ad. Please note that I would NOT recommend calling your local store and asking as most cashiers and even managers are sometimes clueless that they are in fact doubling coupons.

I’m assuming the rules will be the same as they have been during previous doubles promotions. If that’s the case, then I would assume most of the rules below are correct. Let us know if you find out anything different.

Kmart Double Coupon “Rules”:

*You can use manufacturer coupons up to and including a $0.99 value (i.e. if you have a $0.75/1 coupon, it will be doubled up to $0.75 for a total of $1.50 off the price of the item)

*You must be a member of the Shop Your Way Rewards program AND the cashier MUST swipe your reward’s card at the beginning of your transaction!!*

*Limit 4 “like” coupons per transaction (that will be doubled)

*Does not include Kmart Store Coupons or Kmart Pharmacy Store Coupons (i.e. Kmart coupons will NOT be doubled)

*If you are not currently a Kmart Shop Your Way Rewards card member, do NOT stress! There are 3 simple ways to become a member:

1. Go to the Customer Service Dept at your local Kmart or Sears store and request a card; you will be able to sign up and receive your card immediately (this is obviously the best option if you have a store close by)!

2. Call the Shop Your Way Rewards Card dept at 1.800.991.8708; they will take all your information over the phone and then a card will be mailed to you (the card typically takes 6-8 weeks to arrive). Even if you do not have the physical card in hand for the double coupon days, you can give the cashier your phone # or member # in order to pull up your reward’s account.

3. Click here to sign up on-line; then just print off a temporary card to use while you wait for the permanent card to arrive in the mail.

Alright, so here are a few deals you may be able to score:

Use 3 $0.75/1 coupons found in the 7/17 SS (there is also a $0.50/1 coupon found here)
(Each coupon will be doubled to $1.50 for a total of $4.50 off)
Pay $10.47
Get back a $4.50 Catalina
Final cost only $5.97 total for 36 double rolls – that makes each double roll ONLY $0.17!!
**This is an awesome price for toilet paper!! I usually aim to pay no more than $0.25 per roll, so to get a double roll for just $0.17 is fantastic! Also, on another note, I’ve had a few readers email in regarding Kmart toy clearance! It sounds like most Kmart locations are starting to clearance out a ton of toys. So, make sure to keep your eyes peeled as you may be able to snatch up toys for 75% off or more! Make sure to price check items… lots of times clearance items will ring up for even less than the discounted priced shown. Remember, it’s never to early to shop for Christmas! 🙂
