Can anyone explain to me why some CVS are ringing up 75% and some only 50%? I would think that it would be everywhere. Would love to know if you have any idea. I went to my local CVS in Georgia and theirs are only ringing up 50%. It is still a great deal, but i am curious. My cashier just said that they should not be ringing up 75%. Has anyone in Georgia been able to get this deal?
I went this morning and got mine (Georgia)…….. It rang up 7.99……. and I got 5ecb’s on the end of my recepit.
I used to work at CVS Somtimes the store receives a list of markdowns but does not have time to mark them and load them into the gun, so the price remains the same. Between pulling and putting up signs and helping customers, cleaning up and organizing product , it isnt always done right away. But the best advice I would give is call around to all the stores closest to you and ask them to price check it someone should have it marked down!

I found 3 of the flat irons. I purchased 2 (separate transactions) and left 1 for the cashier. She was excited about the price before the ECB. I drove to another CVS a few miles away and got a hairdryer. All 3 for around $10 after ECB! Thanks for the heads up on this awesome deal!

Oh my goodness! So exciting! I was able to grab two of the Conair 3/4 inch straighteners. The signs here were saying 75% off. Only 1 ECB $5 printed so I had to argue with the clerk at 7:30 am because the sign says limit two rewards. So I got both $5 rewards! I used $12 ECB’s, and a $4 off $20 and a coupon for a revlon nail polish (also giving $3 ECBs) … I paid $5.74 for two irons and a nail enamel! And got $13 back in ECB’s total!

The Conair deal is still valid in my area; thru 8/27 but the ECB’s did not print out on the flat iron (b/c it was a clearance item). I think they caught the glitch on that and fixed it.
I was wondering why I didn’t get the $5 ECB with my purchase last night.
So exciting! I got the hair straightener, a package of cvs fabric bandages and a package of slip on diapers for only $1.53!! I used a $3 off $15 qp, the free bandages qp, a cvs $3 off huggies slipon qp, a $3 manu huggies slipon qp and then $8 ecbs!!!
Just went to CVS and found 3 on the shelf unmarked. I was extra hyped to see them ringing up at 7.99 b/c my CVS never has the great clearances that the others have. Every needs to try this! Even the CVS in the teeny town nearest to me had several straighteners left! I got one and told another couponer in the store about the deal. She was pretty excited as well. I am passing on my older staighteners that pull my hair to my daughter’s friends.
I think I scanned every model of straightener, curling iron, and hair dryer in CVS (lol) and every single one of them showed the full price. Darn, maybe I will get the next deal since I missed out on this one.

It was 50% off the $5 ECB did not show. Asked the manger and sha stated that because its clearance that it won’t ring up.She refused to further the discussion. Any tips on what to do? I did buy it, but am considering returning it.

I went to my CVS last night and they had 2-3/4 flat irons $8.34. they also had 3-1″ flat irons $12.00 unmarked. The cashier was shocked. the extra care bucks didn’t print. they said it was a sale item. Will try another store.
This deal is still working! I just found Conair i series 3/4 ” ceramic straighteners marked 75% off of original price $34.99. I bought it for $7.99 and received a 5 ECB! thanks for posting this deal!!! Model is CS65P under the barcode it says 741082106. They had pink and blue both worked for the deal. The packing is different then the pic above.. It is a box but the straightener is visible through the clear plastic on one half of the box. HTH. (south Florida)
I prefer a better flat iron that leaves the hair shiny, soft and very straight, it’s the Karmin G3 Salon Pro flat iron with tourmaline ceramic plates, are better for hair and avoid damages. It works very good because it heats up really quick and it only takes me a very short amount of time to get my hair completely straight. Plus I have no problems with frizz.I bought it at safrons

My CVS had these items in a locked cabinet, so I had to get a sales person to help me search for the unmarked clearance item. So helpful! Got a 3/4″ i-Series straightener for $8.14 plus $5 ECB. I didnt look at any hair dryers.
