  Same for me, but I logged out and then logged back in. Then I could click on the image and it popped up the fill in form. HTH

    Got it, thanks for the heads up :-)! The form never came up with IE after multiple tries. Then I switched to Google Chrome and the form showed up immediately.

    I got one! And that long after it was posted- wow! That is so cool that they are giving to so many. I used chrome with no problem. I have a Keurig, but I rarely purchase K cups because they are so expensive. I just use the reusable kcup with bagged coffee. So this is fun to get the disposables. Thanks!

    Thanks! I got one. I had to use Opera and capitalize the state abbreviation so it wouldn’t say invalid state.
