It appears from reading the comments, this deal may not work on the instant cards. I did in fact place an order online yesterday, so I will update you all if it does work for me when I go pick them up today. Sorry for the confusion on this.
From reading the comments on the Staples FREE photo cards post, I see that most of you are very confused on how to redeem this offer online (as was I). Well, I have great news… thanks to reader, Kelly, here’s how you can take advantage of this photo cards offer online and then pick the cards up in-store for FREE! 
Just follow these simple directions:
1. Go to print.staples.com
2. On the lower left hand side, select “Instant in-store products” & then “need it now? learn more”
3. Now, look for “Instant photo cards” and click “order now”
4. Create your 10 cards, as you normally would. When it takes you to the checkout, it will ask you to select your local store. You do not have to pay online… simply print out the coupon here and present it in the store to score your 10 FREE 4×8 photo cards!!
