Yes, it asked for my credit card info even though total is 0 so I did not finished the order.
They claim they require credit card info to cut down on people getting multiple freebies.
Just a quick warning…this company charged my credit card $3.99 after I ordered a Halloween card and a Thanksgiving card WEEKS apart using two totally different freebie codes. After contacting customer service I was told they only allow one freebie per household EVER no matter what the promo is. I fought the charge and they did reverse it but I won’t be ordering from them again. Even after both orders’ invoices showed $0, I was charged $3.99 weeks later. Not worth the hassle, although their quality is excellent.

I have ordered several free cards from TinyPrints. I also got their premium account upgrade about ten months ago when they were running that promo. I have NEVER put in a CC number. I just put in all zeros and a dummy expiration date, and it worked fine. I don’t know if that is no longer the case, but I have an account and my husband has an account, neither have CC numbers entered. We have gotten 6 free cards in the last month, and with the premium account all of our cards are 1.99 to start with and they send me 25% promo codes all the time. I won’t buy a card in the store anymore!

Make sure you are signed in to your account and that you have chosen a birthday card. It worked for me no problem and I have ordered the free cards from them in the past few months. HTH
I love Tiny Prints. I got a package from them today and thought it was my Thanksgiving card I ordered (free) for my husband. It was someone else’s card sent to my house! I was bummed that it wasn’t mine and even more bummed that the lady and her three girls that made a card for their dad won’t have their card to give to him!At least I guess they just got mixed up. I am sort of hoping that the lady that ordered the card I got is a hipster and will see this and contact me. I would be happy to mail it to her. Or if by a miracle they live close by I would meet her and give it to her. I called Tiny Prints and they are getting another one out to me but it won’t be here in time for Thanksgiving. She said their was no way of knowing who the card belongs to that I got. Bummer.
