anyone have good luck w/ target online? the last jean deal (around oct 21) was the second time i’ve ordered deals from them and not got half my order – after it ‘being delayed’ for weeks first! 😛 i wanna take what i did get back to the store – hoping that isn’t too difficult…

Yeah, I’m still waiting for my order from the last deal too. I got 4 jeans and 4 T-shirts. I hope they fit – I don’t think I can exchange them for a different size. Target should accept the online order for a refund at the store as long as you keep the receipt.

I agree. Mine was delayed for months and then canceled. I most likely will avoid target b/c of it. Land’s end had a sweet deal recently and the jeans are better quality too!
Target.com has terrible customer service. Every time I have placed an order with them, they have either canceled it or just never shipped it. Both times I have taken advantage of these bootcut jean daily deals, Ive been charged for shipping and had to call up multiple customer service representatives (many of them were apparently unaware that daily deals are supposed to ship free) to get things straightened out. I really try to stay away from target.com deals now..
I agree! I ordered a car seat for my cousin on Target.com and had it shipped to her house. They sent me a message it was delivered and billed my credit card back in September. In October I received my bill with a credit from Target, sure enough it was my cousins gift…they never delivered it!!! I didn’t know she didn’t get it and when I called they told me there was nothing they could do since it had been a month!

yeah i havent received my jeans either from october. i had to call them last week and I was told they had some in stock and they will be sent off the next day. I don’t know why i had to call to get them sent since the lady told me they were in stock.
I just got my jeans from last month on Monday – they were fine, I was only charged a total of $16.32 for four tshirts and four jeans, but after the four charges were put on my card, taken off, then new ones were put on for each shipment (three!) I will never order from Target again. On a brighter note I love the tshirts and the jeans are my new faves!
After having my order delayed 3 or 4 times I received an email two days saying that my order had been canceled. I was highly disappointed and probably won’t try to take advantage of another one of these deals. If they were going to cancel my order then they should have done it a month ago instead of delaying my order multiple times.
Same happened to me. Delayed several times and then order cancelled. I think it was these same jeans. I will be skipping this one.
It was, in fact the same pair of jeans. I emailed Target to find out why they canceled my order when they still have the jeans in stock but I doubt I will receive a reply. It’s highly annoying. I just lost some weight and could have really used a new pair of jeans in a smaller size. Oh well.
I have had bad service from Target.com also. They didnot ship my order, but never told me why, and then when I called, instead of giving my $ back, they gave me a credit on their site. Which, when I went to use it, it did not show up, so I had to call them back again. And currently, if I try to checkout on their site, I get an error message, but the Help button presented does not go anywhere. Horrible. I contacted them but they have not gotten back with me.
Yep, me too! Just got an email yesterday saying my jean order was cancelled. This after 3 emails that kept pushing back the ship date. I got the t-shirt about a week after the Oct 21st order. I called today and they were so unhelpful. And the fact that these were in stock today and they told me there was nothing they could do for me really sticks in my craw!
I never even got an email!!! They just canceled my order for these jeans. I ordered the Lego Advent calendar a couple of days ago and received an email stating order received but nothing else!! I suspect it will be canceled too. I was really looking forward to that one!
I have given up on Target.com the last 4 orders I placed have been cancel or they shipped part of my order and canceled the other part, which I never got refunded any shipping charges. This happen several times last year too and I thought they would get their act together but I was wrong.
I just got the last 3 jeans from the last order today. Also, ordered a pearl ring for my daughter for Christmas … got an email a week ago saying shipping has been delayed then received the ring in the mail yesterday. Today there was another email from Target saying the ring has been shipped and tracking says it’s in the next state over???? So thinking I’ll be getting two rings and will have to convince Customer Service it was their error and to take it back … hmmm!
Yep, my order from October was canceled, too. I wrote them an e-mail saying how upset I was and told them I wouldn’t be using their services anymore. They wrote a form letter back basically saying, “Apparently we didn’t meet your expectations, but keep using our services!” 🙁

They are junior size, so they are lower rise. I am a size 8regular in stores such as gap and express and an 11 in the mossimo junior size jeans. Hope that helps!
I got these a few months ago and had to return them they ran way small and the wash was HORRIBLE it made me look really wide I also had to wait a month and a half to get them.
if you have a small waist and full hips/butt, the waist is too big on these and i’ll need to tailor them with darts at the back. many jeans are a bit too long on me and these were too. i got a size 13 and usually wear a misses 10. i will be putting some of these on ebay as i don’t feel up to tailoring them all. i also have a size 3 and size 5 which i may post there as well.
i also did the deal in october where you could get 4 pair and 4 shirts for $13.90. i got overcharged around $4. reading the comments above, i consider myself lucky i am only still waiting on one pair! :O
Last deal they had on these jeans, i snagged 4 pair for $24, order was delayed twice, then they sent me a email and cancelled the whole order. Hope you have better luck

Are these the same exact jeans that we got the deals on before? I’m not crazy about the color of the jeans I got last time, as it’s nothing like the picture. Still a great deal though so I’m considering it. I have ordered from Target online I think 5 times now & never had a problem.

I ordered these last time and sounds like I lucked out …. no shipping delay. I actually have a pair on right now and LOVE the fit. You might want to order up a size, at least I did, but I carry my weight in the rear lol. I think these jeans are an awesome deal if you can snag them. You can always return to a store location if you don’t want them.

Just so everyone knows, Mossimo jeans run SUPER small. I’m normally a size 8 and even their size 13 fits tight. Buyer beware!
For me they run as true to size as you can find. Size 0 in these is equivalent to a size 25 in Luckys or Diesel. If I had ordered up a size they would fall down.
Oops, size 1, sorry. Whatever the smallest is.
Margaret ~ I wear an 8 too ~ but that’s women’s sizing. The odd #’s are Juniors. I’m “curvy” though ~ my waist is smaller compared to my hips and these fit tighter in the waist, so I wear a 9 or 11. Hope that helps a little when you’re looking at your sizing :).

Sorry to hear some people had problems with their orders. I’ve ordered these jeans two different times so far (1st time I ordered regular length & had to return them b/c they were way too long). I didn’t have a delay either time. I really like the fit of these jeans, but they run long. I’m 5’3″ & they’re ok with a heel, but still a little long with tennis shoes (my footwear of choice).
I do agree that target.com’s customer service is awful though. I contacted them regarding my first order just to find out whether I could return the jeans for a different size & it was the most frustrating 20 minutes of my life.
Wow! Target.com is a total mess right now. I can’t navigate through it without running into problems. I had to reset my password and I have yet to receive an email comfirming it. Now I can’t place an order on the jeans
! Also, it’s not giving me the option to add a Fijit Friend to my cart….very frustrating!!!
I have 3 pairs of these in a size 15 that I bought at the last deal. They don’t fit cause everyone said they ran small but turns out I needed an 11.
