Amazon: *HOT* KitchenAid Professional 600 Series 6-Quart Stand Mixer Only $209.99 Shipped
UPDATE regarding the mail-in rebate: Please note that the model # for both of these mixers is KP26M1 (the last 3 numbers that you see…either PGC or PSL) simply refer to the color of the mixer so you should have no issues submitting for the $50 mail-in rebate.
Wowie! If you’ve been waiting for an amazing deal on a KitchenAid mixer, then this is for you! 😀
Hurry on over to Amazon.com where you can snatch up a KitchenAid Professional 600 Series 6-Quart Stand Mixer (yep, 6 quarts!!) for just $259.99 (regularly $499.99!). This is the lowest price I’ve seen for the 6-quart!
Even better, you can submit for a $50 mail-in rebate found here (which also includes a 2-year subscription to Food & Wine or Travel + Leisure magazine) making your grand total just $209.99 (that’s 58% off the retail price!). This mixer, which comes in Silver or Gloss Cinnamon, includes a 6 quart stainless steel bowl with comfort handle, burnished powerknead spiral dough hook, flat beater and wire whip.
This is one *HOT* deal… I would hurry to order before they sell out!
(Thanks, Centsless Deals!)
Has anyone seen a cyber monday deal on the raspberry ice kitchenaid with the glass bowl?
Not yet but I got in on the Kohl’s $120. Artesian model Collin posted last week.
I want one of the glass bowls to go with mine 🙂
Please note that the models on sale are not the models listed on the rebate form!
I just bought the mixer. I was wondering if this is the right model for the rebate? My model number ended in PGC, but all the other numbers were right. Thank You
yes, the “X” is just a place holder for the different colors
Actually, the rebate form that I got by clicking on the link is the right model! Totally excited, as this is better than the price Costco has on their 5.5 quart!
Which link? I can only find the incorrect one 🙁 Thanks!
The models do match the form – KP26M1X refers to this series. The X at the end simply is a placeholder and is replaced by the letters indicating the color you purchased. Both of these are KP26M1 models.
Ugh…went back and double checked, and you’re right Danielle…it isn’t for the model listed, however the form has a box checked, and it’s linked right from that page on Amazon, so hopefully, they’ll honor the rebate. If not, I won’t be too put out, since it’s only $10 more than the 550 that I got at Costco (that I now need to return.)
with that being said, nothing beats the return policy of Costco should you get a lemon.. I had to take mine back to Costco last week because the gears in mine broke after 2 years (of using it less than 20 times) and Costco took it back no problem
BE INFORMED BEFORE PURCHASING!
You might want to take a min & read the comments posted on Amazon about this model. There have been some issues…and this is still alot of money for a small appliance.
my step-mom has had this model for like 7 years and uses it weekly. she still loves it 🙂
I’m going to second this! I’m way too weary of something that has over 120 one star reviews…
Most of the comments were negative. I cancelled my order.
I already own one and have had mine for 5 years. I do a lot of baking and cooking and have no trouble with mine. I bought one for my sis in law for a wedding gift. The negative comments I’ve seen are in reference to the models that were first introduced. I read that the ones that have issues are the ones where the model number is less than “14”. Mine begins with 30 and my hubby bought it on Ebay for either 300.00 or 400.00. Can’t remember. I love my mixer and would not trade it for anyone’s Bosch! And yes, I know how good a bosch is. I used my moms when I lived at home. (I hate the design of the bosch bowl. So hard to scrape/wash)
I’m not being brought to the link, just back to amazon..
if you click on the form where it has the price listed it has the “KP261MX” already checked. The “X” means anything after the KP261M, which is good for the KP26M1PSL (silver) and the KP26M1PGC(cinnamon red) models.
Hi All!
Sorry for the confusion regarding the rebate. As Anne has stated above, the model # for both of these mixers is KP26M1 (the last 3 numbers that you see…either PGC or PSL) simply refer to the color of the mixer. So you should have no issues submitting for the $50 mail-in rebate.
I just called Kitchenaid customer service and they told me that the mixer does NOT qualify for the rebate.
AWESOME! I’m so excited. This is by far the best deal I’ve ever seen on this mixer (and believe me I’ve been wanting one/watching prices for a long time). Just picked up one in silver woo hoo. If you don’t want a copy of the magazine you can also get that money back via rebate for a total price of just $186! Thanks Colin I’m thrilled. Merry Christmas to me 😉
Just a question… how are you able to get the money back for the magazine? I looked over the form and can’t see anything stating this. Thanks for your help! 🙂
Kari- how do you get the rebate on the magazine offer??
It’s in the fine print under the Terms of Use: Says to mail some information to them in order to qualify for it! (Mid right hand side of Rebate Form)
Thanks Leyla, that’s right. Just mail them the rebate form (a copy) stating that you do not want the magazine and you’ll get the price of the magazine ($24.00) back. Making the whole cost of the mixer until $200! I’ve never seen a 6qt that cheap (and believe me I’ve been waiting what feels like forever to buy this machine).
I may be dumb or half asleep, but where in the worls is the rebate form?? For the love of Kitchen Aid, I can’t find it!! 🙁
Hi Leyla!
You can find the rebate form on Amazon…just look for the link that says “Get Forms” next to the text that states “Post-purchase rebate $50.” Let me know if this helps! 😀
Got it!
Thanks Collin! I was totally overlooking it. LOL!!
🙂
I wanted to add that I received a 600 pro model last january for my birthday–I make cookies and mix a double batch of dough 1 or 2x a week–WELL under the capacity for the mixer. I am on my **5th** yes 5th mixer from the company–my motor/gears keep burning out–
My 23 year old smaller capacity mixer has held up beautifully
atleast kitchen aid is standing behind their warranty..
I GOT IT!!!!! SO excited!!! I had ordered the smaller one from Macy’s for more {and I had to get white – but I REALLY wanted the RED!!} and now I will be returning it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Collin!!!
Read the fine print on the rebate form. You can submit an additional rebate form for the $24 magazine to get cash back instead of the subscription ——— which seriously brings your total under $200!!!!! 🙂
Wow!! Thanks for posting!
where do you get the rebate for the magazine subscription?
It says: “If you do not wish to receive the magazine and would like to request a refund of the subscription ($24 introductory value), please mail a copy of this rebate submission by 01/31/12 with your name and address to: Time Customer Service, Inc. P.O. Box 62708, Tampa FL 33662-7088.”
I just wanted to let people know that I have had this mixer for a year (got it last Christmas from my husband) and have not had any problems with it. (I was a chef before becoming a stay at home mom and have worked with real professional mixers that are thousands of dollars and this is a very nice at home model in my opinion.)
But do NOT let anyone put your attachments in a dishwasher or they will get ruined!! (my sister did this to my flat beater when I let her borrow my machine and it stripped the burnishing off of it and I had to replace it-not her fault I forgot to tell her, but it was still annoying to have to order a new one).
I got the red Artisan model on Black Friday at Kohl’s for $195 after Kohl’s cash and coupon… Maybe this is a better deal, and maybe it’s not. I have heard of a lot more problems with the 6 qt machines than I have the smaller ones, so I’ll be keeping my Artisan. 🙂 Hopefully This is the year for all of us to get our KitchenAids, because I’ve been waiting to get one for what seems like forever!
Does anyone know what kind of warranty this product offers from purchasing with Amazon?
Thanks in advance!!
Thank you so much for posting this. We have been looking everywhere for the best deal. And this is it. Plus, we had a $20 amazon gift card laying around. My total was just over $200 after tax, after rebate.
Collin,
I just contacted Kitchen Aid and the mixer does NOT qualify for the $50 rebate.
Well I would hope it counts, the one I purchased on amazon is the exact one pictured on the rebate form!!! I’m thinking there are some confused customer service representatives at kitchen aid.
I’ve been waiting and waiting to buy one of these (for years!) and I finally just did it! Yay!
I was suggested this blog by my cousin. I’m not sure whether this post is
written by him as no one else know such detailed about my difficulty.
You’re amazing! Thanks!
