I had recently ordered from this company and will NEVER do it again….the service is awful! I placed my order Nov 3rd and my products said they were to arrive Nov 25 however they didn’t and by Dec 3rd I was told one of my products were sold out (the reason why I placed my order). I have since emailed the company and called them with NO luck to get in contact with anyone….they didn’t discount my shipping or ask if I wanted to replace it or anything….very FRUSTRATED!….maybe you’ll have better luck than myself! I did get the other 2 items I ordered just 3 days ago!
Try their FB page. I finally got someone to respond when I posted my problem on their wall.

Same boat as you. I called several different times. Not worth the frustration. They don’t get my business anymore.
One of my orders that I received was missing an item. I called and was able to speak with a CS rep right away. My item was backordered, although I did not receive any communication from them. That was several weeks ago and still have not received it. The rep stated it would be “arriving soon”, they could not give me a timeframe.

customer service is horrible. I used a plum district voucher and I was charged the whole amount on my credit card in August. I am still waiting to be refunded my money back. Will call my credit card company.

I ordered a couple dresses on Totsy back around Nov. 12th. After fighting to get them I finally got one. I have emailed them about the other dress and can’t seem to get anybody to respond back. I’ll never order ANYTHING from Totsy again. It’s not worth the headache. I hope my experience is a one in a million and nobody else has a problem. Good luck if you order.
Unfortuantely, I think this is all to common with Totsy! Terrible customer service. I will never purchase anything from them again, either.

It took a month and a day to finally get an email from them advising they will not be able to ship the second dress and are canceling the item and refunding my money. I can’t believe they take our money when the order is placed instead of when its shipped. They better hope they refund my money within the 3-5 day timeframe they are suggesting. What a pain!

I am not sure what you are looking for but if you are interested Target.com has some gift sets for men. Search – Gift sets then go to narrow by price & choose $0-$14. On page 1 there are some Dove mens gift bags for $8.99 & on page 2 there are Axe & Old Spice sets for $9.99. They all say – ships free. I am not sure if there is an easier way to navigate to the items & I haven’t tried these deals myself but it might be worth a look. Walmart.com has sets as well but I am not sure if they are offering free shipping. I myself picked up some Old Spice gift sets at Walmart & they included a 4 month gift subscription to Sports Illustrated. 🙂

I just ordered a pair of shoes, an umbrella and a lunchbox. My daughter’s bday is in mid January and the free shipping probably is 6-8 weeks, so I’ll give them until then. It is my first order so we’ll see how it goes…
Not to beat a dead horse but I as well have had nothing but a headache when dealing with Totsy. They cancelled an order that I had bought for my son for his birthday and never even told me. I finally got a response email after months and months of emailing and trying to contact them and they basically told me to bad, oh well. Nice huh. I then had to fight for a refund which they claimed they gave me but never did. I will NEVER buy from Totsy ever again. Horrible company.
I ordered from them once, as well. First and last time. It took 5-6 weeks for the one item to reach me. They did charge my credit card right away though. 🙁
i have ordered from them several times and have never had a problem with my order except for the fact it took a while to receive my order. I was pleased with my items when I received them. I just placed another order using my plum district code and a credit I had and was able to get my daughter 3 dresses and an umbrella and just had to pay shipping. Hopefully, I will continue to have a good experience with them and my order will come and I like it.
I ordered a pair of boots for my little girl because the $10 credit for new member. I thought it was a good deal for paying only $9. But the quality is Terrible. They fall apart after one week. I will never order anything from them. It is totally waste time and money!
I also had a bad experience with them. They charged me for an item that they never shipped and I am still waiting on my refund. They never contacted me letting me know that they wouldn’t be able to ship it. I waited a month after the estimated shipping date hoping it would come and finally had to contact them.

I am not sure I would order from them again either. I long while ago I ordered something when Collin posted about a credit, then it was said it was not supposed to be for new customers. Then it said my order was canceled. Then I did get the order (a shirt for my daughter) after all, but it was MONTHS later. Now I did only pay less than a dollar I believe it was, but still not worth the hassle if the customer service is that bad and I did get to use the credit. I do not want to wait a very long time for an order. My policy is if I do not get free shipping than I don’t want to order it, or at least the shipping has to be low and the item free, LOL
My mom had a bad expirience too. The first time she order, everyting went fine. She got the item very fast. But, she place a second order the next day and she got charge on her card 2 times for that same order. She try calling them but no luck. She ended up canceling the charge through the bank and getting a new card.
I have ordered one item from them. It arrived extremely fast and had no problems. Super happy with the quality of the shoes too!
I have 3 little girls waiting for Grandma to send them each an umbrella. No WAY will I use Totsy. 4 and 5 year olds don’t care about excuses for not receiving things. Thanks for ALL the NON recommendations!! It’s appreciated!
