I can’t believe it, i won a $50 Starbucks gift card. This is the 3rd time I’ve tried to win and finally i clicked it and it kept working, but nothing popped up, and after hitting the submit button 3 times the form came up for me to fill out my info and it said I had won a $50 Starbucks gift card. I can not believe this ……I can not believe this…… I WON the vacuum cleaner..I pushed refreshed right at 1 central and it popped up to pick from anything so I picked the bissel and it error out after I pushed submit I thought all hope was gone then I pushed Refreshed and it errored again so I backed up went back to my home page thought it was all over and then it popped up congratulations you WON…I started screaming my little boy said “whats wrong mommy” I said” I won a vaccum cleaner” he said “woooohoooo high five mommy!!”…SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO excited!! When i logged in at the top if the hour the prize box came up but said there were zero prizes left so I closed it out and from then on I got the window your saying you got. Maybe they will do this again next year.

I just won the Yonana too and my mom lives with me and wants to win something for herself too! All I see in the Official Rules is ” A participant is not eligible for more than one Giveaway Item during the Giveaway Period. ” I can not find anything about 1 per household just 1 per person.

I’m just curious if anyone read the fine print which states “Sharecare will identify a certain number of initial participants specified below, who during each hour of the Promotion Period have both: (i) registered for, or logged into, Dr. Oz’s Transformation Nation: Million Dollar You program; and (ii) completed the Ultimate Health Quiz (each a “Qualified Participant”)” .. So, does this mean if some of us who has ‘won’ need to take the quiz if havent done so already?
Furthermore, it states “A participant is not eligible for more than one Giveaway Item during the Giveaway Period,” So, im assuming that means if we won something already we can’t enter again.
What confuses me even more is that in the fine print it also states “Immediately after logging in or registering, participant will receive a confirmation if they are a Qualified Participant and will be asked to verify shipping address for fulfillment purposes (each a “Giveaway Winner”),” But I didn’t receive any emails.
“Giveaway Winners will receive their Giveaway Item within 6-8 weeks following verification of eligibility and confirmation as a winner of the Giveaway Portion of this Promotion….Giveaway Items must be claimed by January 2, 2012 or Giveaway Item will be forfeited in its entirety.”
I just wanted to share this information with all of you out there just in case if you guys had the same questions as I did.

Yes, you do need to take the Health Quiz to be a qualified winner. And yes, it means that you can only win once. You cannot enter multiple times. As far as your third paragraph…that refers to if you were one of the lucky ones who at the top of the hour were able to select a prize. Once a prize is selected, hit submit…then the next window is the confirmation asking for a shipping address. That is what they are talking about. It doesn’t mean an email will be sent. That is how I understood all that fine print. It doesn’t say how we will know when the prize will be sent…I am assuming that an email will be sent, since that is the only thing they can use to communicate with the winner, since they did not ask for a phone number, and they did say that the eligibility will be verified and confirmed. After the winners are contacted, they have until January 2, 2012 to respond, before the prize is forfeited. Hope this helps.

from reading the comments it seems that you have create an account where it says “join today.” the Giveaway Box only appear at the top of the hour. so log in 3-4 mins before the giveaway and keep refreshing till you see the box. I just created an account so I just missed this hours giveaway. hopefully the next hour I win something. good luck!
I got the 50 starbucks card WOOOHOOO I was so happy – money is always tight and a nice treat – I called my husband at work and had to tell him, I didn’t get a confirmation email either – but what confused listed above “Immediately after logging in or registering, participant will receive a confirmation if they are a Qualified Participant and will be asked to verify shipping address for fulfillment purposes (each a “Giveaway Winner”),” – I think this is referring to the screen where it asks for you mailing info and right after the next screen says congratulations – so I’m guessing that’s it – took me 3 tries 🙂

You will always see that in all prize rules. Technically, anything we win is taxable as additional income, but most companies will only report the income (and require you to fill out a 1099) if the prize value is $600 or more. Since all of these prizes are under that amount, I don’t think anyone will be asked to sign a 1099 to accept their prize.
that is exactly what I’m wondering. Also, they are going to mail you a form you have to fill out to prove your eligibility before you get the item. There are a crap ton of people that are not eligible to participate in this thing.

No. And I am starting to think that this is not legit since so many people are “winning.”
Dr Oz giveaways are legit – I have never seen anyone complain about not getting their prizes won through them. My husband won a $50 Target giftcard a year or so ago when they did that – didn’t get a confirmation email but did the giftcard!

Wow I can’t believe it. I got the prize screen to pop up, I chose a prize. It then said they were all out of that prize so I chose another. Then it said they were all out of all prizes. This was all within 45 seconds!

That’s how I won too. By the time the screen came up with prizes still available I just chose quickly and hit submit. I then had a screen telling me I had won and asking me to submit my mailing address.

The giveaway period is from the time the whole thing starts until the time it ends so you are only eligible for one item throughout the giveaway.
