    what IS a Nasa Dock??

    • Save Creatively

A NasaDock is for the NeilMed NetiPot, which you can also get for FREE from the 4th row of SaveCreatively’s Free Stuff page! These things work great if you have a bad cold or stuffy nose.

I can’t find the free NetiPot, just the bottle kit. Is it the same thing?

It’s that blue holder you see pictured for you neilmed bottle.

Apparently you now should use distilled water or medically sterile water (so far, I think my area only has that at a medical supply place). This system works so well but now it will be a hassle to have the right water for safety’s sake…

The company says that distilled water, filtered water (0.2 microns) or boiled water that has cooled may be used. I have always used boiled water.

awesome…got their netipot last time, now a stand would be cool too. 🙂 Thanks!

LOVE my Sinus Rinse. I only use distilled water, and you can get that in the grocery store or pharmacy on the same aisle as bottled water. It is usually less than a dollar, so even if I travel, I don’t mind buying it and leaving it in the hotel room when I checkout.

I love my neti pot. Not this brand, but I did end up buying this brand’s refills because they were cheaper than the CVS brand. Yeah, I heard about the amoeba scare so I am paranoid using tap water now! Hubby just got me a gallon of distilled water. Do you guys heat it up to lukewarm or use it as is? I was too lazy and used it as it. It was a little cold for me. I can get used to it though.

i use filtered water. wait..i thought you *had* to warm it up to dissolve the mixture. but maybe they only tell you to warm it up, so its not too cold going up your nose..hmm..

It didn’t tell me I was getting a free nasal dock..just sent me an email.. saying they will be in touch.. did anyone else get a message saying you get the nasal dock ? thnx

    • Joy

ps..yes it tells you to use distilled water..I always use the store brand distilled water..I just nuke it in the microwave for about 15 secs. I have a large shot glass and funnel I only use for this purpose to get into my nasal rinse bottle.

I also purchased a gallon of distilled water. I mix the packet with the distilled water, fill my sink with hot tap water, sit the full bottle in the sink for a few minutes and it warms it to a nice comfortable temperature. If you’re in a hurry, this idea probably wouldn’t work so well, but, I just put it in the sink and walked away to do something else and came back to it.

I’m a first time user… Just got tired of my head being so stuffed up with congestion. Anyway, hope this helps!!
