I tried several different products after my dog had a huge accident on our carpet that proceeded to dry until we found it days later. We used a steam cleaner, Bissel products, vinegar, and tons of other carpet products. We were about to call a professional when we tried Kids N’ Pets. We just soaked the stain with the solution and let it dry. It not only removed the stain but most importantly it completely removed the (very strong) urine smell! I would recommend this product to anyone!
This product is very effective at removing stains completely, which was a nice bonus in addition to the fact that it is non-toxic and contains few (if any) ingredients which could compromise human or animal health over time.
This is an amazing product. I’ve used it for years. It has gotten out blood, urine, cat vomit, juice, milk, etc. out of carpet and upholstery. If used properly, it can clean up just about anything and will take care of the smell.
This product works great. The only “complaint” I have is: when I want to spray a stain one more time just to make sure I got it right the first time, I have trouble finding the same spot. It’s that good.

I did this the last time it was posted for the $12.99 but the company only sent me $10. Since the price is lower it may not be an issue but I wanted to throw it out there for someone who may be considering purchasing something more expensive. Did anyone else have that happen – where the rebate was for less than the amount you paid?

I received my check today. It was only for $10 also even though I paid $12.99.
My check came today, only $10. I checked the rebate form and they didn’t say a maximum amount so I guess I should have questioned that. Oh well, $2.99 is still a good deal. Looks like now they are on sale for $9.99 so everyone that orders now will get them for free.
I just called to ask them if I had overlooked something (I got the $10 check also) and the lady I spoke with said it was an oversight, that a $10 cap had been placed when it should have been $12.99, and that they were working on mailing checks for the difference
We got our rebate in the mail today, but like others, it was for only $10, not the $12.99 we paid. I just emailed the company asking for an explanation.
Am I wrong that the 48oz concentrate is only for carpet cleaning *machines*? Does that mean it can’t/shouldn’t be used in a spray bottle?

I was wondering the same thing. I haven’t opened my jug yet because I think it said it was for a machine and I wasn’t sure what to do. Do I water it down in the spray bottle or use full strength?

this stuff is great. several years ago i bought it for pet stains before i had kids. when i went to shake it up one time the cap wasn’t closed all the way and it squirted right in my eye and didn’t even sting. that is what made me a true believer in this stuff and why it’s all i use now with kids and pets in my house. btw it also cleans well.

I just got my rebate in the mail today from the last time Collin posted this offer. I bought the 5.99 size and that is the amount of my rebate. Used the product today on our carpet and it worked great!

I go for the carpet cleaner can never have to much of that especially if you have indoor pets which Im quickly learning is much needed for accidents. You can fight stain orders remover naturally with baking soda anyways.

I’ve noticed that when an item is on back order or out of stock ShopRunner does not qualify. Makes sense I guess, if the item is out of stock they couldn’t commit to delivering it in 2 days.

This may be a dumb question, but does the order detail page that you print after completing your order count as a “register receipt” or do I need to wait until I receive the product and send in the receipt from that?

I received the product today! Thanks, great deal! Only this is that when I went to open the bottle, the noticed it was a bit on the light side and when I peaked inside, it seemed to be only about 3/4 full or maybe even only 1/2 full. The box didn’t look damaged like it leaked during shipping. Did anyone else receive it like that. Or is that how much 48oz really is? I contacted drugstore.com to inform them and see if we can remedy the situation. Think maybe it was just my bottle.
I just ordered this product after checking out I received a $10 for my next purchase if I join Shopper discounts rewards. It says its free for the first month and I can cancel anytime.
