talking to customer service now….last 3 people she spoke to had the same issue. i only had to wait 10 minutes. not so bad considering the online issue.
Just call them at (888)263-7195. Took 15 minutes total (on hold for 10). Got the pie plate and set of knives for $12 and change, shipped. 🙂 They took the 10% off code over the phone with not problems!!

I just got off the phone with them, Was on hold for about 10 mins. Someone finally answered lol, The woman who took my order was very nice considering the high traffic volume they’ve been hit with. She took my order and viola…. My steak knives have been ordered! It’s all about having patience : )
I have 2 sets of these steak knives. They are awesome. Just don’t put them in the dishwasher because of the wooden handles. As an FYI, they’ve been “liquidating” these knives for 5 years now 🙂

To this who buy the knives, make sure you test each one by shaking it and making sure it isn’t loose from it’s handle when you first get them. I work for Longhorn and that was a problem that we had quite frequently with new knives which is part of the reason why they changes their knife design. I don’t believe there’s a safety issue but it’s annoying when you’re trying to cut and your knife keeps shifting in its handle.

Finally got this to work just now. Two sets of knives and two cutting boards for $26 and change shipped. Wouldn’t let me use TTE10 when I signed in so I had to check out as a guest to get the code to work. Great deal….wish the site had worked this well yesterday.
