If you kept your mitchum coupons from coupons.com it makes them just $1.00 each.

  2. tiffany

    thank you soooo much!!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

You are so welcome, Tiffany! 😀

    • Diane

It will probably come up as an error at first, just hit refresh. It only prints one.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks Diane! Just added the coupon. 😀

  3. Suzy

Can I use 2 of the $1 off coupons on the BOGO Riceworks? That would make them 2 for $0.89.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

No, you can only use one cents off coupon on a Buy 1 Get 1 Free Sale. Darn! 🙁

      • Suzy

Thanks, Collin. Still getting them, it’s a good deal. 🙂 Hope they are yummy and kinda healthy!

        • Karin

Can you use the $1.00 off 2 coupon on these in combination with the bogo free?

  4. caroche

Thanks Collin, you are the best at match ups!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You are so welcome! 😀

So I live in the new plus up test market and just had an interesting experience. When you procede to check out they scan your wellness card and as items are rung up, it automatically takes off your plus up rewards BEFORE coupons. When this goes live for everyone there is going to be a lot of frustration. Say you buy the vasaline lotion. The plus up will automatically deduct and then you can’t use coupons because you no longer have a balance large enough to accept the coupon. I am so frustrated with how Rite Aid is changing everything and I am even more frustrated that I have to be apart of this test market. I have already been on the phone with coorporate twice trying to figure out why my plus up rewards are not loading to my card. Argggggg…..

    • Jen

sorry you have to be the guinea pig, they’ll get the bugs worked out 🙁

    • jessica

I ran into the same issue and complained about it to a friend who called rite aid wellness support. They said that durring the transition while they are working out the kinks in the system they will allow stores to ring up your items, scan all coupons, and then enter your welless number last. They said to have the store contact corporate if they had issue with doing it that way. i tried it myself the next day and (after the cashier called the manager to make sure it was okay) we ran the transaction with the wellness number entered last and it worked just fine. I really dont like being in a test market *growl*.

    • Sheryl

Scan your Rite-Aid card at the very end of transaction after paper coupons. Clerk had me do that and all UPS loaded to my card, no problem.

      • Melissa

Yes, I too learned the hard way, but I knew this would happen because I had read previous comments about the ups coming off first. So I tried to explain it to the Rite-aid cashier about not scanning my card until very last she wouldn’t let me do it My balance came to $3 because it use all my Ups that I had on my card and she handed me back my mc coupons and said sorry I can’t use these. So I lost $15 dollars in my mc coupons. Partically that trasaction was my fault because I wasn’t sure how it all worked with the new program. I ended up going the next day back to another Rite-aid explained it to the manager he was so nice and said he would do post-coupons this time, but next time I would need to go back to other Rite-Aid store, which was farther away then where I live. Then tonight I was making one last purchase couldn’t use the rest of my ups that were loaded on my card. My account said they were clipped, but at Rite-Aid, the cashier showed they were un-clipped. Customer Service closed, so my again $4.00 purchase that I had planned out ended up being $18.00 purchase and I couldn’t use an $15.00 up reward that I earned. I think I might not shop at Rite-aid until they can figure things out. I went to Rite-aid 4 times this week and two of them I didn’t even make a purchase. That is a waste of time! Oh and some how I lost a $4.00 up reward that was there and 3:30pm and is gone and it doesn’t show anywhere in my account. The cashier that helped me tonight so nice love her has even been frustrated with the whole new program. She even told me none of the employees at her store had a say in the program and that no one wanted it.

        • Carol_R

That sounds like a nightmare. I’m so glad that I’m not in their test market. I’m also wondering if taking off the register rewards before coupons is an accident on their part of not. It could be that the manufacturers are pushing for that.

    • April

      Hello everyone,
I was at my rite aid yesterday and the day before and I found out something interesting about the ups and coupons. I, as normal, scanned my card first then the items were scanned. I handed over my coupons and when my total was as low as it could go, they kept scanning in the coupons. My balance increased and decreased with each coupon scanned as the system took off the up rewards in the different increments. The first time I saw this happen I thought the same as you guys and that my coupons were not coming off and that I had to use my ups that I didn’t want to use, but when they continued to scan my coupons that matched up with the correct number of items that I was purchasing, the system kicked off the ups and used the discounts of the coupons. I hope this helps with some of your frustrations. My receipt during the transaction when they print it out to make sure of the count showed my ups. After the transaction my real receipt used the coupons and I was able to use my ups on something else the next day. Hugs to all of you all.

      • Mtle

It happened to me that the balance keep goes up. They have to cancelled the transaction and rerun. Still same issue:(

    • Gabi

You can’t let them scan your wellness card until after they have rung up your items, scanned your MQ, then in-ad RAQ or Diabetes Booklet Q. Then have them scan your card, all sale deductions appear. It’s a nightmare. I’ve been to a couple of RA and the clerks know to do this. Have them humor you, if they are a little disagreeable.

    • dani

While I’m not in a test market (yay), I’ve been shopping way less at Rite Aid than I used to. It seems like their sales aren’t as good as they used to be, and they’re “catching on” to us couponers. I also really don’t like how they’re doing that thing where the sale price is only if you buy 2 (e.g. 2/$5 or $2.99 each)… That’s one of the reasons I don’t bother with Walgreens and now one of the reasons I don’t end up at Rite Aid. I’m just using one of each coupon, not like 4 of the same and getting a pile of things, so it’s frustrating that the system seems to be working against me.

I can understand the reasoning behind them taking money off your UPs so you don’t get overage. However, that system everyone seems to be having trouble with really does not make sense and does not agree with their coupon policy. So, they really need to change one or the other and stick to it. That will at least prevent the frustration of thinking you have a plan and then having problems when you go to check out. At least you’ll know what you’re in for!

The cashiers at these stores (Rite Aid, CVS) almost always ask for your card first. They won’t just start scanning things while you get it out of your bag or whatever. Is it possible that they think it’s necessary to scan the card first?
My question to you folks is: How do you politely tell them that you would rather wait until the end to scan your card?

      • you findout

work at rite aid they actually rate the stores on wellness card usage and for the wellness card to be recorded as being used you must scan the card first thing in the transaction…we actually get in trouble if the percentage of wellness card usage goes under 60%…..THAT is why you have cashiers grumbling at you….our numbers are hurting we are getting yelled at for it but at the same time we are supposed to make the customer happy…I hope they change that as well as they are working out all the kinks darned if you do darned if you don’t makes no sense at all

  6. merideth

Don’t see the $5 vitamin coupon at coupons.com? Anybody see it?

    • Sarah

      I can’t find it either. 🙁

      • Elis

        Me neither. 🙁

    • Sheryl

it is zip codes that start with 30303 or try a similar zip code. Some other blogs are listing them.

      • DeAnn

I printed one, then went back later to print another and it was gone, replaced by a $1 off coupon.

  7. Joyce S.

I think the .40/1 coupon for the Colgate 360 toothbrush expires today.
    Thanks.

    • Elizabeth

      Mine does 🙁

    • amandalee498

I was just coming to post that. I just cut one out and looked at it and was like oh BUMMER!!

    • Ashley

It does, 2/18/12 🙁 Hope no one tries to use it tomorrow! lol

    • Barbara Yox

If you bought the Colgate toothpaste a while ago that came with the free coupons, there are coupons in that for 1.00 off a 360 manual toothbrush. And they don’t expire until the end of the year!

  8. AG

If you’re considering the Prevacid deal, you may want to contact their customer service first. With the last rebate, several people were told on the phone that they would not be reimbursing +UP, ECB or RR that were used to pay. Apparently their CS is claiming they will only reimburse actual cash, check or charge OOP.

This company does not handle rebates well. Their last one took almost 4 months turnaround time.

    • Steph

That’s for sure! I’m STILL waiting for my second check from them for the whole denial-of-UPS-reimbursement deal. Maybe they’re punishing me for threatening to report them to my AG back in December?!!

      • Michele

yes, I only recieved 1.79 rebate last time when it should have been 18.00 or 19.00 and took 4 months to get it. I will never purchase their product again.

    • me

oh great!!! i was on the phone with them for a 1/2 hour before i gave up. If this is the case I will loose $10. never again will I buy anything from them. Thanks for the heads up. I think they are so dishonest!

      • mindy

yep….i only got 1.79 back and lost a bunch of up’s and ecb’s. sucks.

  9. Kimmie

hi…Thank you so much for the matchups. The coupon for the colgate toothbrush in the 1/29 ss expires today.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Woops! Thanks for catching that…just removed it.

  10. gail

Does anyone know where I find the monthly RR’s… I know the weekly ones are listed in the weekly ad.. But, i have no idea where to find the monthly..

    • Lyndsay

The rebate flyer in the store has a full list of the brands included, not sure if it’s online or not

  11. Rachel

  12. anony

The Listerine vv coupon, at least for me, is printing as “Adult Listerine 500 mL,” which unfortunately cannot be used with the sale. Bummer.

    • Suzy

Yes. Me, too. Fudge. So, the cost is 1.99, NOT .99. Still a deal.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks for catching that! Just updated it.

    • Echo (@pppenguinzzz)

i used my vv coupon today for the listerine and it worked fine. no beepage or anything.

      • Echo (@pppenguinzzz)

and i also found $1 off coupons attached to a few listerine bottles so be on the look out!

        • Sonlfordeals

I used the Video Value coupon and $1 coupon attached to the bottle plus I used $1 UP reward from previously purchasing the Listerine bottle. No problems in using the VV coupon.

  13. akhila

the brain strong gummies have an SCR of $10..u have not mentioned that..i am confused

    • Merideth

      excludes the toddler

    • rachel

The scr excludes the toddler vitamins.

  14. carter

Check the Olay deal near the top of the post. With the cost of the soap added in, wouldn’t it qualify for the $15 MIR? That would make it $20 for all, unless I missed something.

    • Gabi

The Best in Beauty Rebate is spend $50 receive $15. It includes all Olay products plus several other P&G. Valid 2/15/12 to 4/28/12; postmarked 6/1/12.

  15. mary

Is anyone seeing the 5/1 nature made coupon on the video values?? I just see 1/1.

    • mary

      I see it now!

  16. lori

nature made coupon? i’m not seeing it

  17. Becky

Does the Olay Regenerist qualify for the new P&G rebate that you posted about this week?

    • Sonlfordeals

Becky, I also think it would qualify for the $15 rebate unless you purchase something for $5.

  18. MSS

Is there a limit for the $10 UP monthly for Colgate? Thanks

    • Brenda

Yes, I would like to know too! I wish there was an easier way to check the details for the monthly UpR’s!

    • Ana

My Colgate showed up as Advil promotion tracking I think. 19$ (had 5$ + 14$ for 4 Colgate)… I know I have done this monthly deal (part of the robutissin/thermacare) in this month twice. Anyone else have Colgate tracking as Advil?

      • Barbara Yox

mine is tracking as advil too

        • Suzy

At my store the signs for the monthly up said that there is a limit of 4!

      • lauren

  19. susan

There is also a -1/1 vaseline lotion coupon in the March All You.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks! Just added the this coupon!

  20. Nicole

I still have those $1.50/2 Mars Seasonal coupons – anyone know if I’d be able to use them for the Easter Mars candy that are B1G1???

    • mel

that’s what I was planning, but I’m not sure how it will work… if you need to buy 4 candy bars, 2 free so the $1.50 attaches to the 2 you pay for… b/c the coupon policy is you can’t use a coupon on the free item.

      • Nicole

I wasn’t sure how they’d work – and they didn’t. Beepage. Oh well.

        • mel

what did you (attempt to) buy? trying to get my plan together for a trip later in the wk and wonder if I should scratch the candy and wait for a sale at CVS or Walgreens!

      • Christa

I don’t think the beeping has anything to do with the B1G1 sale. I had problems with beeping when I got some seasonal candy last week. They pushed it through, but according to what the coupon said, there was no reason I could see that it should’ve beeped at all. Not sure what the deal with that specific coupon is this time around. (Have used similar coupons with no problems on past holidays)

  21. Michelle

The Vaseline Intensive Rescue deal did not work at my RiteAid. The store did not stock the size needed for the Up reward 11oz size. The coupon for $1 only had a very large size that that did not work with the UP reward.

    • Tina Smile

mine says 3oz or larger? Odd must be a regional coupon thing

    • K

I also had this problem in Denver. Someone above posted that the March All You magazine had a $1/1 coupon for Vaseline. Hoping it isn’t just the intensive rescue like the ones from the paper!

    • Sara

There were 2 coupons for vaseline lotion (over 3 oz) : 1 good on intensive rescue & the other for for ANY total moisture. Unfortunately my RiteAid(s) only had the yellow & brown colored ones available for the 2.97 deal +UPR but I managed to snag a great deal at Target with the intensive rescue & a printable Target coupon.

  22. Jayda

I went in to the rite aid today to use my $15 up rewards from the reading glasses purchases from last week and for some reason the registers were reading each up reward as $7.50. Has anyone else had this experience and is this some sort of computer glitch?

    • DeAnn

Yes, the same thing happened to me. Even the manager had not seen this before, they just went ahead and gave me $7.50 off my total to equal the $15 that the UP was for.

    • Sara

When they ring up from the Thema Patch (SB 4.00) they only ring up as 2.00. So they have to re-enter the rewards twice.

  23. Meridethscott

Mine did too. I think rite aids trying to recoup some of the money they lost in that deal. My cashier just took another 7.50 off. I loveee my rite aid!!!!

  24. Karen D.

The 25% off sale on the laundry baskets and storage tubs must be regional, did not work in No. California.

  25. Ariel

The nature made $5 coupon was a nightmare!! I bought just over $20 worth so i could qualify for $5 UP. But the ones that were 1/2 off were just under $5 so I could only use two of my coupons instead of all 4. So i ended up paying $10 more that I had planned. My UP’s from last week for the Thermacare deal were also not on my wellness card so I don’t know what the heck happened to those. They just disappeared so I ended up spending $22 more that I was planning. Not my best rite aid trip.

  26. couponingintherealworld

For anyone interested I’ve come up with a set of transactions (7) showing step by step how to get $97.74 in products for $3.74 out of pocket and $8 left for next week!

It DOES include the Vitamins with the $5 coupon.. if you do not have this, you’ll be able to get $77.37 for $8.37 with $8 +UPs left over

My scenario assumes no +UPs to begin wth, so if you have them you’ll have a far lower OOP

  27. Alice

Can anyone tell me if the $1/1 Vaseline Lotion in RP 01/29/12 is Regional? Can’t seem to find it. Thanks.

    • mel

      coupons are always regional 😉

  28. Angie

Just learning Rite Aid, so do I want to scan my wellness card at the beginning or at the end? Reading these posts I am a bit nervous but I am trying to get my 1st big trip in this week. Any suggestions would be great.

    • Brenda

      Angie,
Unless you live in the new test area, they will scan your wellness card at the beginning. My stores are very good about asking for it first, so you won’t forget.
I understand being nervous, but don’t worry too much! I find RiteAid to be a good store to start with, there is a big learning curve with their variety of programs, but they have helpful employees and customer service. Also, feel free to ask any questions you have in the comments like this, we’ve all been in your shoes before and like to help out those newer to couponing!
If you are new to couponing in general, I would encourage you to start small. It’s easy to get very excited and want to do all of the deals posted, but I found that to be too overwhelming. Instead, I picked 2 or 3 deals to do at a time at first and then worked my way up to doing bigger transactions. Good luck and have fun!

      • Angie

Brenda thank you so much. I am not sure if I am a test area, in Cleveland Ohio area. This is my next store to figure out, so wish me luck. I will be sure to ask many questions as they come up, and i really appreciate the support. We all start off somewhere.

        • Brenda

          Angie,
The test market areas are in Richmond, Salt Lake City or Seattle so you’re fine!

    • Sara

I agree with Brenda. The other reason is that quite a bit of the time, things don’t ring up right or even if you double check the item w/the posted sale, it could still not print out your +UPRs. I have had to check EVERYTHING on my receipts before I leave & often find a mistake either I or the machine or whoever has made. Starting in smaller transactions allows you to catch these things & know how to watch out for them & even avoid them more readily in the future. If you hit RiteAid at a slow time of day, you might even have someone who is willing to ring you up in multiple transactions. Otherwise, stop in a couple times a week. I think most of us tend to do that anyway. Good luck!

  29. Meridethscott

I have a question. I did the 4 free Colgate. Can I send it in for the $5 Colgate rebate. I did them all in the same transaction. If I can, then I am going to buy one on eBay b/c my area did not get them. TIA!!!

  30. gail

So does anyone know about the monthly rewards that are periodically mentioned,.. so like last week the neutragenia one where you were supposed to get a 5 dollar weekly and then a 10 dollar monthly.. when i called riteaid today..they told me that the weekly reward overwrites the monthly so you will only get one.. and that they only know the current weeks up reward.. and there is no where to find the monthly reward.. What??? that doesn’t make any sense to me.. does anyone know??? plz

  31. Betsy

    I can’t find the Brainstrong coupon…

  32. Tabitha

Anyone having troubles using the Brainstrong coupon? I didn’t have any trouble using it but, when I went with my friend they wouldn’t let her use it saying it could only be used at Walmart. I told the cashier that I had just purchased it at another Rite Aid with no problem. We decided to go back to the other RA and it was the same thing there too. I guess I lucked out but, was bummed for my friend.

  33. mar

the physician’s formula sale this week is even better than the one from 2 weeks ago, isn’t it? 7 +up if you spend $20, It’s a huge moneymaker if you find the try me free products and you can use the $1/1 MQ from 2/12SS. Has anyone done this deal? And if so were you guys able to use the $3/1 peelies with the try me free products?

  34. Gabi

RA Facebook page announced that they were letting customers opt out of the L2C beginning today. +ups will be printed on the receipt not loaded on the card. I went to a RA and they were able to do that for me. My receipt following purchases had really weird numbers and symbols printed on it, and we didn’t know exactly what they meant–but probably something loading on my card, hopefully for the last time. Manager said the opt out would actually take affect tomorrow or the next day. He was real nice about it.

  35. peach

I don’t think the Lysol disinfectant spray is on sale this wk.
