I just chatted with their customer service, he manually applied the 20% discount, but, unfortunately the K-cups are out of stock now…before I was able to place my order. 🙁
It came off for me at the end when I paid. Also, shopathome.com has some 20% coupon codes w/o the new member requirement (although there is a 0% success rate, but I don’t know if that just means no one has tried it yet?) Maybe someone is feeling lucky?

I had to sign a new account with a different email I had for it to work. Also, as I started adding more stuff it added another 5% off in addition to the 20% off!! Sweet!
I looked up other coupon codes and went through a link to get $10 off order of $50. I also had the “already registered but never ordered” issue, so I used a different email in my house. So I got the discount k-cups, 20% off total and $10 off $50 when I added bleach and cat food to make it $55. IN the end I paid $33 for 84 k-cups, my needed bleach and cat food. UNREAL!

Didnt get the k cups but looked around for other deals. My order for 5 packages of napkins, 2 Large refills of baby wipes, 2 24-count packages of toilet paper, bag of diapers and a bottle of vanilla was only 35.00 with the 20% off and they also had coupons for some of these items!!!

I looked up discount codes like Jill. I found one that takes off $10 once your order is at $50 before coupons and the 20% discount. If you have a lot of items with coupons this is a good deal.
