I signed up for this free 1 year subscription last month when it was offered. I just got my first issue today – or should I say my first 3 issues. They sent me January, February and March on the same day. While I won’t complain because it was FREE I still think it is crazy how magazines will send back issues and count that towards your 1 yr subscription. I’ve had it happen with other magazines that I did pay for as well, so I know it is not an unusual occurance.

Call them and ask them to extend the subscription. I did. There were no questions asked.

Some of them continue after a year if you don’t stop them yourself. Read the fine print on line somewhere. Or just mark your calendar for it to stop in a year. That way they will not just continue to send them and turn around and bill you,

I got the Martha Stewart Living and Better Homes and Garden..so far.. yeah they sent me MS…Dec. and Jan..in one mailing..then got Feb. in Jan..haven’t received MS March issue yet.. maybe I will get it by April? haha..just teasing..hey it’s free..

I dislike the fact that the personal information you have to provide is not on a secure website (i.e. http instead of https).

They are out, I just filled out the survey and clicked done and it said the Martha Stewart was not available anymore, it directed me to the Newsweek Magazine but I didn’t get it because I wanted the Martha Stewart.
