    I have tried so many times with this site, but I have never received my new member sign-up credit. I think I am finally giving up. It is a shame, because I would love a new apron! At one point, I emailed their support line and I never heard back. Oh well.

I signed up and never received a new memeber credit or any additional bonus for the three friends who order via my referal! Contacted via email and a phone call (had to leave a voice message) never have heard from them! Any suggestions???

      I ordered the Yes To products a couple of weeks ago and it still shows the order as PENDING. They didn’t waste any time taking the money off of my credit card though. I have tried emailing and calling and am not hearing back. I really want these products, their customer service is pretty horrible though.

        I just called again after reading some other comments and was very surprised when someone actually answered the phone. He said the Yes To products will be shipping out on Monday or Tuesday of the upcoming week. We’ll see..

        I usually don’t comment like this but I am very unhappy with this company. I ordered the Yes to Gentleness on Feb. 20th & my account says still pending too. I called the co. last week ago & was unimpressed with how unprofessional they seemed on the phone. The person was nice but seemed to have no idea what was going on. I emailed the co. today & will see if I hear back. I use what I ordered & I am running low, I don’t want to go out & buy more on the slight chance it will come. Plus I don’t like the facebook timeline either! 🙁

          I have placed many complaints and this company keeps being advertised as if nothing was wrong. Every time Sneak Peak is advertised my stomach crunches.. I had the misfortune of ordering something from them that I never got. They charged my credit 5.00 twice.. It was so difficult getting a hold of them that my credit card co. treated as fraud. Only after they reported this company as fraudalent did I recieve my mask from them nearly 4 months ago. I keep saying that this is the only company I completely disagree that Collin shouldn’t do business with. But then Business is business and if the Goose is laying the golden egg and giving it to you who cares what anybody else has to say.. That is a little upfront and rude but that is the way I feel when I keep seeing people such as yourself and others cheated from this company. I do not like when hardworking people are cheated out of promotions and the such.

        They do mention it will take up t0 14 days to ship AFTER the item has ended so if it has 9 days left and you order it u have to wait the 9 days and then the shipping time

      I received my 2 leather bracelets in the mail last week. They were sent in a manilla folder, no cushioning or anything. Kinda lame. Plus I ordered the Yes to Carrots last time it was available and still haven’t gotten it. Very strange

      No it isn’t if you gave your credit card information keep a close eye on it… I had so much trouble with this company.. I even did a formal complaint with the AG’s company.. Totally fraudalent.

Especially since they state that they will respond promptly to any inquiries on their website. This is the last time I order from them and if I don’t receive my order soon they will be receiving some steady calls…

    Hey everyone! I just called the company, the person I talked to was VERY nice and helpful, I didn’t wait long to talk to him either. I originally called because after reading all your reviews, it made me concerned about my own order that I had just placed for a set of pj’s.

    I told the rep my concern and he said that honestly, they’re a new company that has only been around for about 6 months. They’re a smaller company too and with the popularity they’ve gained from different blogs sending customers their way, they have been extremely busy.

    It’s just growing pains, in my opinion. Every company experiences them. Now, this is my first time ordering and so I asked how long to expect it to take before I receive my item and they said that a few weeks ago, they were changing over to a new shipping base so it was really crazy. Now, from what I understand, new orders are being shipped from the central location rather than just from the east coast. So they are now expecting shipments to happen a LOT faster.

    I asked about how long, he said my order should ship within 14 days of the end of the sale and that they don’t charge your account until your order has shipped out. Usually, it’s faster if the company/brand they are ordering from ships direct to the customers but some of the companies/brands they feature are smaller and so then they sometimes have to do a bulk shipment. In that case, it might take a bit longer.

      HE is the only person there!!!!!! Maybe me reporting him made him NOW actually pick up the phone.. That is the same comment he made to the credit card company of mine when they investigated the charges… How long will he have that excuse… My mother ran a legit it business for 40 yrs. I never heard her tell a customer bare with me and wait for your order becuase we are growing.. On the contrary we were eager to process the order ON TIME….

    wayyy back I ordered a GWEEN wooden toy… My order status never changed from pending aBUT I got the toy about 3 wks (or so) after I ordered it. These sites always seem to take a LONG time shipping. BTW – I just checked and the order status for the toy STILL shows pendiing

    My order is also pending. They seem to be kind of slow. Also, I was charged $2.99 instead of $2. When I asked about it, they said it was from taxes. I’m in California, so while 99 cents would be close in tax for $12, it is far from exact…A little shady, but if I get the scarf, necklace, and yes to carrots products for $3, I guess I won’t inquire further. It’s just weird for tax not to be the ACTUAL percentage…

    I had pretty good luck with this company. I had ordered the apron a few weeks before Valentines Day. It was suppose to be delivered by Feb 14th but got an email saying they were running behind and my shipment would be a few days later. I did finally get my apron on the 20th. Since it wasn’t a gift I wasn’t to upset.

    I’ve received free bracelets \from them and (almost) free chocolate. They’re very, VERY slow to ship, just like some other of those deal websites, but my stuff always came. I don’t think they’ve even started to ship the scarves and charms. Just be patient.

    I haven’t gotten my stuff from this site either, HOWEVER, I’m not about to join this witch hunt over 3 dollars, from what I’ve been reading and from what I have experience in my lifetime of buying online this is nothing new.
    Usually when I order from bigger companies in China or Europe it will take me a few weeks to months to get something UNLESS I pay extra for express shipping.
    I’m not a very impatient person, so I’m not really freaking out about this, with all the money I save from coupons I can afford to lose 3 dollars if my order never gets here, but I think it will get here, EVENTUALLY.

Im stating the truth and in my case I actually got charged 10.00 and no merchandise… I waited 3-4 months( Do you Think that is PATIENT enough for you?) , and no I did not get the product until my credit card company from USAA actually investigated the charges.. If I never recieved a product and the Darn 10.00 auto apply credit did not show up.. I would have NOT FREAKED OUT! I would have let it go and have been done with that as I have other times.But when they charge my credit card repeatedly and there is no merchandise, you bet Im going to complaint! Whats sad is that half of us here are on the same boat.. Im sorry but I do work hard for my money and 10.00 is a couple of gallons of milk I supply for my family. Even with coupons!!!!!!
      I wish I was rolling in the dough like you so when SNEAK PEAK took a couple dollars here and there I would offer them my friendship bracelet and smile at them and ask them if they need more coupons or an additional credit card to keep frauding me… NICE, but I m a customer and I have the right to complaint…

        Wow chill there is no need to get all stupid about it. I would complain about slow shipping if I paid for it but you didn’t, it was free. And you got your products didn’t you? Quit complaining and find something better to do with your time.

          No BEKKA— it wasn’t free and The product came after the complaint.. 4 months later which I kindly sent back… When they advertised it here we had to pay 5.00… The only REASOn the product was sent is because USAA investigated the charges after they docked my card twice and no product for 3months.. YES I DID PAY>>> If you want to see my receipt and my paper work I can foward you the proof.. DOn’t accuse without knowing the facts. Im all for free stuff and if you get it fine and if you don’t you don’t.. When they charge me and I dont’ get something, Well you can call it stupid for lack of better words.. I call it being on guard with my credit card and I dislike companies taking advantage of customers.. So no I didn’t get the stuff and NO it wasn’t free… Yes a mask rolled around only after USAA threatened to take it higher. WHen I recieved it I fowarded back.             A complaint..as in 1 would be nice but you just don’t stop and it is really annoying. And I was talking about free shipping not free products. I would like to see how well you would do starting off a business and having way more customers than expected. Do you know how many times hip 2 savers have jammed up Internet sites? That takes a lot of people and im sure that is about the amount of people this small, up and coming, company is having to deal with! And you went through all of that over a couple bucks. I’m sure even your credit card company had a good laugh over that one. I’d hate to see what you would do if you really got scammed.

I wish I didn’t sign up for this site and give them my billing info for a $2 charge. They clearly need to overall this customer service

    Out of all the internet businesses I have shopped, I have encountered the most problems with Sneakpeeq. I still haven’t received items I’ve ordered during the yes-to-carrots sale and it seems that all the FB page says to complaints is “please e-mail support@sneakpeeq.com.” Then people complain that support hasn’t been replying to them. Some very vocal people get” Sneakpeeq–Dear __ and ___, as you have both bee in touch with support@, we ask that you keep in touch with them to address your concerns. Further posts in this thread will be deleted.” Which lead to someone posting, “Why will you delete there comments?? To me that shows you have something to hide. I am also having issues with things I’ve order. It seems to me alot of people are. You should take your site offline and get the problems fixed. Quit blaming your costomers for your mistakes. We are upset with your costomer service and ordering problems. Fix them or you way have lots of complants with the BBB. Free Speech is what this is called.” SP never replied to that post and I think that says a lot about the company.

      Funny… I got the EXACT SAME canned email. My item shipped the same day after I received my response. They do have the items; they just won’t ship it to you unless you contact them. This is not responsible business. They also shipped to the wrong name when I specifically stated another name!

      I don’t even understand why Jasper Kwan from support said “we won’t be able to ship your order” when they ship it immediately after my email. I don’t even remember which credit card I used to buy it, and now I don’t even know if I’m being charged or not!!!

    I was one of those people that ordered the say yes/scarf deal. Got the wrong say yes, several weeks later got the scarf. was told due to mix up would be no charge. On June 4 my bank account was hit with a 9 dollar charge from sneakpeeq-I assume from the say yes order i placed on feb 22??? I never received the jewlery thing or the correct say yes order. I have now emailed them twice and heard nothing. My next step is to file with better business. I will never order from this website again and am very sorry I ever used my debit card! Keep an eye out !

    they gave me a 10 dollar credit. I “peeked” at an item, and the price appeared as two dollars for a lip pencil. Even better, they promised free shipping. My badge earned was 10% off for other peeqs which the site stated would apply at check out. I tried to check out. They wanted my CC number,did NOT apply the 10%, AND suddenly the invoice states that I OWE them two dollars. I decided to cancel the order. That was bait and switch at its finest.
