Is anyone else having problems printing these?

Viewing it in IE and it’s working
I used my regular print button and it printed a blank page. UGH! I hit “having trouble printing” and it suggests using a different printer. So I did and got another blank page. Now I have printed two blank pages and probably have exceeded my limit. Bummer!
Instead of using the link that is posted. I went to the actual Facebook page and then clicked on Deals and then it worked for me. I’m using IE.
I got the print button. And printed fine…think I was feeling greedy like i was going to get a free cat and a free dog food, but just got one.
Am I the only one that isn’t getting a ‘print’ button at the top of the page (as they indicate in the coupon instructions)? =)
If you are using Firefox, try using IE instead.

Just got it to work in Firefox!
I clicked on the cat litter just to see if there was a print button and there is a spot to enter your name then click print. Maybe there are maxed out of the cat and dog food coupons? Shouldn’t all perks members be able to get them though??
The dog and cat food coupons came up for me no prob just a sec ago..
No print button on page either, used IE
Kind of a crazy way to get them, but I clicked on the agree to the privacy notice on the top just above the place to click if there was trouble printing. When the privacy info came up, I hit the back arrow. It then pulled up a spot for me to put in my name and email, and I was able to print everything but the cat litter.
Ugh! I can’t get a ‘print’ button in IE or Firefox…
The only one coming up for me is the cat litter. And i don’t have a cat, sigh.
Via Petsmart’s FB page: We are working to fix the print button issue on the coupons as soon as possible and will send out another post when the issue has been resolved.
Ok I finally figured it out!!! Had to come back to share!!!….. Go to where it shows the (5) links you click on for the coupon you want. RIGHT click on the one you want and choose ‘open in another tab’. Go to that tab and then hit refresh once. I was able to print two of the three couposn i wanted! Worked like a charm for me, hope it does for you!

It says on the FB page they are working on the problem.
I tried going to other places and using the back arrow to get to the 5 selections. Once I got one to work, they all did. Just play with it. Eventually, you’ll see a spot to type your name then….you got it.

Finally got it to work using Michelle’s (#18) method but it was too late since I had already been to PETsMART to pick up my dog’s food which is on sale for $29.99 today. But all I had to do was ask the store manager and he had the cashier ring up the coupon anyway. That was really nice of him! So now I have a coupon for later.
Love the pet freebies and deals as it allows me to help rescues in my state that are struggling to keep up.

I went to petsmart today to use these free coupons and had no problem using the cat food coupon. When I went to use the dog food coupon, the only can of lams wet was on sale for $1, but the coupon has a limit of .79. Therefore, not exactly free. Has anyone else had this issue?? I’d love to stock up for the shelter.
tried suggestions above and still can’t get the print button to show up in ie or chrome….was hoping to go to petsmart tomorrow 🙁
We’re sorry, the coupon you are trying to print is no longer active. NOW i get that when i try to print ….really needing cat litter!
You may need to disable secure browser on FB if you have it enabled and then open in a new WINDOW.
