do you have to use the $2 RR on another cover girl product or can it be used on another item?

My Parade mag has never had a single coupon and I’ve been checking it for about a year!
I think there are two ‘versions’ or ‘editions’. I get 6 sunday papers, and without fail (for whatever reason) 3 of the Parades are one version (sometimes with coupons) and 3 are a different version. Not sure why that is, or why I, who get the 6 of the same papers, don’t get 6 of the same Parades…
Russ, same with me. It happens to me all the time. I also get 6 papers and 3 of the parade mags are different out of 6. Luckily, this time they all are the same 🙂
2 different versions, why do they have to do that? Same with Smart Source and Red Plum, you never know which coupons you’re going to get.
i saw these on clearance for 75% off at rite aid….so possibly FREE lipstuff!!
did even better lol CVS had a lot of them marked 50% off so with 2.00 in EB’s and the 2.50 coupon i recived the outlast lip color in a really cute pink shade for 1.73!! so cool!

Me too, I’ve looked into home delivery and it’s too expensive. Wish they had deals on them.
My “Parade” is actually branded as USA Weekend instead. And no CG Qs. 🙁
Target had the Cover Girl Outlast Lip Stain clearance for $3.97, so I bought three of them for $12, then used the two parade coupons $5 off, one regular coupon from a few weeks ago sunday paper $2, and combined it with the $2 Target Mobil coupon, and paid only $3 plus tax for all three of them! What a bargain! These are my fav lipsticks, too (which is an even bigger bonus!). Thanks for telling me about the Parade coupons!
