I decided to snatch up a couple towels and then headed on over to my local Toys R Us store to pick them up. As you can see from my picture below, they are super cute and perfect for the kiddos! 😀

how is the quality of these? are they nice? my daughter needs a beach towel for kindergarten to use for naps, thinking about getting one of these.
One of the reviews on TRU said they were thin. I think I’d buy a nice plush one for naps. Maybe you could check them out in the store if they are on stock?

They are thin, but we get them for things like swim lessons and such. They’re cheap, they dry the kids well, and if we lose one it’s not the end of the world 🙂
I own two of these towels, the turtles and the dinosaur. They are very thin BUT I love them! My kids received them as gifts last summer and we use them all the time. They are perfect for packing up to go to the beach or a friends pool because they don’t take up a lot of space and they dry quickly when they get wet. The other thing I like about them is that they don’t take up a lot of space in the washer or the linen closet. I have 4 of the oversized Kirkland beach blanket towels that are super plush. I can only wash 3 of these towels at a time and 4 of them take up an entire shelf in my linen closet. In the same space, I could easily wash/fit 10+ of the TRU towels. One last thing, after a year plus of use, the colors are fading but they get used a lot and they are out in the sun a lot.
I am going to buy a couple more of these for me as well as a few for my gift closet. 🙂
Picked up 4 of them the other day and the kids love them. They are thin but still do the job. Hahahaha dogs love to chew them up too. Kids left one out by the pool and well I have a very colorful lawn to go look at.
They are thin, what do you expect for $3.98?? But you aren’t going to be mad when your kids ruin them or lose them either!
well since the original price is $10 I would expect decent towels since I can get decent towels at walmart for $10……

wow, I ordered yesterday around 12 p.m. and my order came this morning!!! I have NEVER gotten an order that fast! and it looks like it will work for nap time for my daughter, nap time is only about 20 minutes and only lasts about 2 weeks so this towel will do:)

I ordered mine with free pick up in store – I get to the store and they can’t find my order. They had given my order to someone else along with their order – so they got 2 extra towels – I was so frustrated. This was my first experience with pick up in store and I was not happy. I wonder if the person realized they got 2 extra towels – would have been nice if they did that they were honest and returned them – oh well. They are out of the designs I chose so I am unfortunately out of luck. Just had to vent – ha!

I just found out my order is on back order. And I never got anything from them saying they were out of stock. Believe me I will never order from them again.
