I clicked on the link and then signed into my account on their newly designed website. There was my coupon for $5 Ecb good until 8/1/2012. The email says to sign up for an account and add your ExtraCare card, but I already had and still got the coupon!
I got an email today saying that there will be a 5 dollar coupon off any purchase that expires 8/1 if “I create an account on the newly personalized CVS site” quote from the email. I checked and in fact I did get it. I don’t know why or how…but it might be because I logged into my account the other day and changed my settings on my CVS account under my Profile and opted for the emails and deals. I was pretty stoked anyway for the free 5 bucks! 🙂

I didn’t get it, either. I’m sure there’s some threshold of spending determining which accounts get which coupons and deals. I used to shop a lot, but pretty much only rolled ECBS, spending only a dollar or two OOP, which was mostly tax. I got tired of it and cashed out, but I still go back for the coupon machine freebies and isolated “great deals” that I actually need. I find that the coupons I get are the generic, low value ones that result in freebies and that everyone seems to get, such as the $1/1 Nivea and the $1/2 Mars. I also get some of the “better” coupons that reflect things that I once purchased frequently, such as the $2/2 bar soaps. I rarely get coupons that are valued at more that $2. The way I’m choosing to look at it is that I don’t get free coupons or bonus ECBs, but I’m also not spending a lot. CVS is expensive and the deals are only good when you factor in ECBs, which are another layer of burden, and they just don’t have the selection to supplant my grocery store shopping.

I tried opening an account with my name and it said I already had an account. So I changed name to my husband, his birthdate, and different email account and it was accepted. Now I’m off to see if I got the ECB! Btw, same card number though!

I was already signed up, but didn’t see the offer anywhere. However on the website I was able to print 2 very awesome coupons. $2 off any 2 bodywashes, and $2 off any hair accesories purchase.
i went to cvs today and was able to print a coupon at the red machine for $3 off any cvs body wash so i was able to pick up a body wash for FREE today.
Barb, I got that coupon too today. I couldn’t find any CVS body wash less than $6.00. Could you tell me what kind/size you were able to get with your $3 coupon? Thank you
They have a basic body wash that is a little over $2. At my store, it is near, but no next to, the one you are referring to.

I received the $3 one. I will be happy with that but don’t understand how some people get such different coupons when they scan their card and then this. Kind of confusing.

I didn’t get it either…I sort of knew I wouldn’t cause I already had an account with them…seems funny though…I never received the $4/$20 when I first opened my account and now that I have had my card for 5 months now and already had an account, I don’t qualify for this promo…
try and log on to your account and go to your profile…and change your email settings…and click yes to the two things on the side about email preference saying you want to receive coupon offers…i thought maybe that was the reason i had gotten it…

I signed up for an account on the mobile cvs app yesterday and can’t see anything about ecb or coupons… Anyone else have this problem? Is it better on a computer?
I already have an account with CVS online and my $3 ECB were just in my account that I could print or send to card. I didn’t have to sign up with a new account or anything. Same with my Dad.

When you load to card does it print out of the coupon machine so you can use it at your own descresssion or does it apply to the next transaction that qualifies?

I also got the email saying claim your $5 coupon when u visit cvs.com,so it didnt work for me because I’m already signed up. So I rated the email and said they shouldnt tease us with those kind of emails. lol They already have our email thats how we found out about.

Yes ,I called the 1 800# about this. The “mystery” ECB that most of us were finding on our accounts earlier this week (and we didn’t know why) was for THIS promotion. She said some people received $3 and some $5.

I have not been able to access my CVS account since they changed to the new site. I called the 1-800 # and they say that I am logged in, but it goes back to the homepage without any recognition on my screen that I am logged on. I cant navigate around my account. The q’s and ecb’s are wasting!!!! HELP!!!!
I’m on vacation and can’t print my coupon right now. When you “send this coupon to card,” does it just come off at the register or does it print at the coupon machine?
Mine didnt print at the machine it just took off $5 at the register (well they ask u if u wanna use it)

i got the email too. already have an account. signed into my account, clicked the “learn more” button under where it says extra care (to the right). it went straight to a tab that says “my savings and rewards” and there were three coupons there to scroll through. the last one was my $3 ECB! HTH!

I just got a 20% off Q in my email today so I went and purchased the $10 crest & $20 airwick deals which were not sale items plus 2 candies. So $34.26 w/Ca tax minus $5,34 (20% off) minus $7Q’s minus $5beauty EB= Paid $16.92 OOP then got 10 EB, 5 EB, 1 green tag EB .92 cents for all not bad 🙂
