Received a sorry email this am that I wasn’t one of the first 500 to respond. After reading all the posts on cheating them on the survey now I’m the one who feels “cheated”. They shouldn’t have offered it if it was no longer available so I didn’t waste 15 minutes of my time for nothing.
That is too bad Debra! So if we don’t recieve any email, does that mean we are one of the first 500?

I didn’t recieve the email, but when I went to log in to double check, The system said it had no record of my email address. Obviously incorrect, since I have an email from Rewards Gold sitting in my inbox. I’ve emailed the customer service to find out what’s up, so I’ll keep you posted. Did anyone recieve an email confirming their subscription? Does this make them dishonest or disorganized?
I had the same question and emailed customer service about it. I then got a response saying that I would “soon” receive an email with info on how to set up a password/account but that was Friday and I haven’t heard from them again. I asked CS if this was a scam since I couldn’t sign into any account and she told me that if I received the page saying I had completed the survery successfully then I would get the magazine in 8-10 weeks. I guess we will see!
