I just got mine in the mail as I ordered last week…I am so impressed! I used it on my hair as well as my daughter who has such curly hair we have only brushed it in the shower with conditioner but never once dry as it hurts her so much. Only bummer for her was she wanted to have the hair on the box, she actually thought using this comb would give her the straight hair the girl had on the package. Was cute but hard to convince her it was not possible.

I have twin grandaughters with african american hair. It is a nightmare when it comes time to comb their hair. This really works, has made hair time much easier.
My youngest has crazy curly hair and this brush works wonders on it! And my oldest daughter’s hair tends to get tangled easily as well, and she prefers this brush every time. I’m tempted to buy again to have a spare, just in case. Has anyone owned one that went kaput? How long did it last before it died?
I think the knot genie is much much better. I got this product and it was so so.
I recently purchased this item (and the knot genie) and honestly I like this one better. You can’t hurry the process though, you have to be slow going through the hair but it definitely does work!
I was skeptical, but purchased one the last time Colin posted this. My daughter has bi-racial, Shirley Temple curls. She was able to comb her hair herself with this product for the first time ever. She was so excited, as was I. Fixing her hair is now not nearly the battle it used to be. I have recommended to several other friends as well.
We got this in the hopes that it would be a good product, but the darn thing is so loud my daughter is scared of it, and it goes unused. Just putting her hair up in a ponytail everyday seems to work just the same and is less expensive and far less scary for a four year old.
I have a bi-racial daughter with EXTREMEMLY thick, tight curly hair. I bought this out of desperation. It does work, you just have to be patient.
