  I had the same issue so I did a CTRL+ to make my screen larger and it worked. Hope that helps!

  Okay I tried again… and made sure I didn’t click before I saw an arrow highlighted. Do that first before you enter anything in… and it finally worked for me.

   I love this stuff. I use in my refillable k cup and it works great. It is the best grind that I have ever used in my refillable k cup.
