Was anyone able to enter the 20% off and use it WITHOUT using a gift card balance that was already on your account? It entered the code as a “promotional balance” and is trying to make me use my gift card balance in order to use that 20% off. I’d rather save the gift card!
It did the same thing to me too. I had to use my gift card balance.
When you get to the checkout page there should be a payment method listed and a link beside it that says “change”. If you click on change you can then choose the payment option of your choice.
