* Fill out your shipping info and continue the checkout process
* On the final order page where you enter payment info, there will be another coupon code box displayed under the Order Summary box (on the right side) – enter coupon code FREEFIZZ .       as of 10:00 pm EST, there are only the Pink Fizz & Blue Fizz left that seem to work with the F&F code…still a good deal, in my mind!

    Well, there weren’t many options left when I got to this, but I managed to get a better (higher priced) model than I had planned, plus the sampler, for a little less than the best scenario I had previously put together…and it will be shipped to my door.     I ordered one of these when this was posted but my order still hasn’t been shown as shipped. Has anyone else had this problem? I emailed them to find out what was going on and the only response I got was that they were waiting on UPS and when notify me as soon as it ships. Still nothing though, I’m starting to get a lil conserned : /

      I haven’t received mine yet, but I got a confirmation email after I ordered it that said it would arrive in 7-10 days. Nothing yet, but tomorrow marks a week. However…. I’m concerned because from Monday till Wednesday, payment in my account showed as pending. Thursday, it was gone… Not pending, not processed. And no email, call, etc. And nothing on my account on their website (my order still showed up there, too). So I emailed them Thursday and they called on Friday and left a msg that everything on my order looked fine and it was getting ready to ship out. Anyone else have a similar issue? I’m hoping that they just process my payment again when it actually ships out….

    I ordered the pink fizz and after I put in all my information and clicked continue it said my basket was empty, and when I went back in it said I had no order, anyone else have that problem, not sure if it took my order.

    Well I still haven’t gotten a straight answer from them. Every time me or my husband get a hold of someone over there they say the same thing “its shipping out today”. Well they’ve been saying that three days in a row and it still shows not shipped. I’m getting pretty concerned that this may have been some kind of scam.

    Has anyone got any news on when this is shipping! i got an email on 12/7 saying there was a delay and it should be shipped by 12/8, but I have had no shipping confirmation yet.. ugg Im getting worried it wont be here before christmas :(

        I got the same e-mail. When I called last week, I asked about my account being charged because it was pending when I first placed the order, but then disappeared. They said they charge the account when the item actually ships. I just checked my account & I haven’t been charged yet :-/ I really hope it comes, I’m banking on this for a Christmas gift!!!

    Hey Jamie, I called on 12/10 after my item not being shipped on 12/8 as stated in their email. They told me that they do not ship on Saturday and my item was being shipped that day. Ofcourse my item still has not been shipped, I’m very disapointed in this companies customer service. I plan on calling tomorrow to complain to a supervisor, and I recommend you do the same. Hopefully everything works out and they’ll finally ship our orders.

    So no one has actually got this shipped yet? I got the same email on the 7th that it would ship BY the 8th today is the 13th and it still hasn’t shipped. Boo to poor customer service on their part. :(

    My SodaStream was delivered yesterday. I was very surprised because I had received an email on 12/7/12 stating that it would be shipped by 12/8/12 or sooner and they would send an email once it was shipped; I never received such email. I ordered the Pearl Genesis model since it included the additional carbonating bottle. When I went through the contents of my package last night I only received the one carbonating bottle with the unit and also did not include the MyWater Flavor Essence – Variety 3 pack that was included in my order summary. In addition, I did not receive the 12ct holiday sampler but I did get another regular 12 pack sampler with my order. I am a little disappointed in the service and hopefully they will correct these problems. I just thought I’d post and bring this to my fellow hipster’s attention to make sure you go through and verify that everything is included *once* you receive your order! :)

      Oh no! I am so sorry to hear this, I was so happy mine finally shipped but now I’m worried if my order will even be right : / Call cusomer service right away as I’m sure that will be a pain to get straightened out judging by their track record so far.

      I had the same experience. Finally rec’d my order yesterday (Pearl Genesis) and it only had 1 carbonating bottle and was missing the My Water Flavor Essence.

      I just called customer service and they took my info so hopefully they will send me what was missing.

      I placed the same order as youMichelle and I also only received one carbonating bottle and didn’t receive the water flavor essence either. I just emailed the company and I’m hoping they will send out the second bottles.

    I also ordered the sodastream on Nov.26. I only received one e-mail which was an order conformation. I have called customer service twice. They still cannot tell me when it will ship. However the man did say I wasn’t the only one calling. Ha, guess I am supposed to find comfort in the fact that several people are dissatisfied with their customer service.

    Well mine was finally marked shipped yesterday. Only took 3 weeks and dozens of phone calls to them but atleast their actually shipping it. They are also shipping it express so it will get here before Christmas. All I can recommend is bug the heck out of them that was the only way I got mine finally shipped. SodaStream’s customer service has proved to be horrible in my opinion. Here’s their number btw incase anyone needs it, 18007632258

    My husband ordered the green fizz for me for Christmas a week ago yesterday and it arrived today! Although the two extra pink carbonating bottles didn’t come with it so hopefully those will come separately :( Guess we’ll have to call after Christmas to see when they are coming if it doesn’t come on Monday. At least the machine came so I can use that now :)

    I received mine tonight, and I ordered the blue fizz and they sent me the blue source. It didn’t come with the MyWater Essence that it was supposed to come with either…very weird! I will be calling them after Christmas!

      I think the metallic Source model they sent me is actually nicer than the Fizz :) I did contact them about the missing MyWater Essence pack and they have already responded and shipped it out..and I have a tracking number already. I think they were just super swamped from that incredible sale and couldn’t keep up.

    Just came back to this post to see if others had issues too – wow! I ordered mine two months ago and called daily was told a hundred times it shipped never received anything so I had I go through better business bureau! They ended up reimbursing me and I finally got a UPS tracking number tonight. My poor husband – this was his main Christmas present!!!
