    You have NO IDEA how excited I was to get this at this price. My husband and I ALMOST bought this Saturday for my 11 month old- but couldnt justify paying $60. As soon as I saw this deal we hopped in the car and went to toys-r-us and got one!!! And only paid $14.99 IN STORE! Thanks hip-2-save!

    I ordered the walker earlier with no problems being shipped to store. However, this one was out of stock for my store (I could have had it delivered somewhere else but didn’t want to drive that far). I called customer service and they told me to click to be emailed when it is available. Then they gave me a reference # so I can call and get the same price (essentially a rain check). I’m hoping it works! I almost got one of these from craigslist for $25!

    Grrrr, I got an order delay email and I’m assuming that they will not fill it. In my state (Connecticut) if a store can’t fill an order with in 30 days then they have to cancel them. I think businesses use it as an excuse to cancel good sales. I ordered a small bumble and bumble item on Black Friday and it was back ordered right after. They said they couldn’t fill it because of a high demand but I still get emails every day about similar promotions.

    Mine got cancelled without being told! I will never shop toysrus again. If you look at thier facebook page you will see they have had so many problems and customers are tired of it.

      Same thing happened to me! i was told that b/c i chose shoprunner 2 day shipping and they couldnt meet that deadline, it was cancelled. No communication w/me to see if that was ok or if I could wait or even if I could pick up in store…just cancelled. Needless to say, if i wanted to purchase it now i could…for 39.99!!!!

      I called because I also got the delay e-mail and wanted to know how long the delay was. He informed me my order was cancelled, that there was a glitch in their system and cancellation e-mail that was set to come to me at 5:41pm was never sent. While on the phone he let me know there were none at any of the 4 stores near me and but what he did was set up for me to be e-mailed when they are back in stock and when I get the e-mail call and give them my reference number for them to look it up at see I get it at the $14.99 price. Sort of like an online backorder. If it comes through and ends up working out I will be e-mailing corporate because he was really nice and tried to help me get one asap.

        I just noticed my order was cancelled as well. I did get the delay email on the 17th too…and then I checked my email for a cancellation notice and I didn’t receive one. Interesting…so then called ToysRus and they said they tried to send me an email notifying me of the cancellation but it didn’t work……..ha! I call there bluff….THIS is TERRIBLE customer service cancelling an order before christmas and not even informing the customer…………………………

          Same thing happened here. I was just going through my emails and decided to check the status of the “delayed order” online and sure enough, it says cancelled. Never got any kind of notification for it either. This is the second time in the past month that I have been super irritated with an online order that they couldn’t fill but let go through anyways. It took me almost 3 hrs to get a refund for the last thing they couldn’t fill online after talking to customer service and being transferred all over the place and then waiting 45 minutes at the store for the assistant manager to come back after saying she would help me and then disappearing. I’m very tempted to write a letter to corporate about their horrible customer service.

    same thing happed to me, delayed shipping email went to check status online and it was canceled. I called and sent emails and they told me due to snowstorm, timing and the item being out of stock they canceled my order.

    My order too, go canceled, however, I called, and an excellent CS rep was able to give me a $45 credit towards one to be picked up at a store (not super close, but worth the drive)…I am so happy because I was super bummed to find out I wasn’t going to be able to get one :(

    Mine was cancelled as well. Had several e-mails back and forth and was told to call customer service. After a 25 minute conversation everything was straightened out and it is now being shipped to me for the 14.99 price with shipping waived and I should have it in a couple weeks. Lots of work but I am really glad because I was really looking forward to this one!

      I hate to be Debbie Downer but I really don’t think that that will happen. I hope you get it but would like to hear back from you if you do. This whole transaction really upset me with ToysRUs and I don’t believe that they can be trusted. How can cancel an order and not even notify the customer? Oh we tried to email you…ha! Amanda please reply back when you have received this product!

      I called also and was able to get it reordered with no shipping. They canceled my original order with no notification. I think Amanda and I will get it. I have a new order # and it’s in stock. I’m not willing to let them sneak out on that awesome deal so easily. Will let you know when I get it.

    I too was able to call and they are sending it to me for the sale price! When I said I had Shoprunner he took off the shipping (which he said was $41! Holy cow!) and I got a new order number emailed to me. Pretty happy how it turned out, worth the 20 minute phone call in my opinion. Was supposed to be a Christmas present but I’ll hold onto it for my little guys birthday!!

    I also had to call to get my order re placed. They finally did reorder it for me (after speaking to several people, 2 supervisors, and being cut off once). It still just shows “item located in stock.” Has anyone’s order actually been shipped? I am concerned it’s not going to actually ship out. Although the price is really good on this, Toys R Us customer service has been horrible! How do they not let customers know their orders were cancelled? The first time I called, got a really rude guy who basically told me to call back later….anyway, if anyone has actually gotten this after reordering I would love to know. Thanks!

      Just got email confirming my order has been shipped! Super excited although I was on the phone with customer service for two hours trying to explain why they need to honor the $14.99 price that was on my original/canceled order. Nonetheless they (toys r us) are refunding me the difference (59.99-14.99) once items are shipped since I had ordered online and called for a price adjustment.

      Hate to say but toys r u has HORRIBLE customer service!

    I called customer service at tru and they said it was cancelled. I told her I never got a cancellation email. So the lady was very nice & we were on the phone over 55 minutes and she gave me the sale price $14.99 and its being shipped free here. Yay!
