the reviews are not good on this walker – pieces seem to be a choking hazard (they fit into a toilet paper tube). looked at it for my grandchild, great price but not worth it

I picked both up at store. Took the walker out and the accessories were not in box:( been trying to call local store for an hour now and it’s busy:( My son is playing with it now (18 months) and loving it so I am hoping they will let me bring in receipt and just get accessories (if there are any left by the time i get a hold of them)

I ordered this for store pickup and later this afternoon I got an email saying they were cancelling my order. The store must have sold more than they had. Bummer! My 7 month old would have loved this one!!

What a nightmare! Ordered it when this was first posted. Now its 12/24 and Toys R Us says it has still not arrived!! This store has been very difficult to deal with (items not arriving in time, items not in stock) for the past 2 holiday seasons!! Aaagh!

After waiting for these items to ship I decided to email TRU. My order was canceled. This was after getting the “this is not a cancellation email”
I’m so disappointed with TRU. They do this every time I order something at a good discount. They shouldn’t offer deals they won’t honor.
Even though both toys show that they are in stock customer service says that one is discontinued and the other is unavailable. I will keep on them!

@ becca – good luck. The same thing happened to me and I stayed on them for 3 weeks. Must have spoken to everyone there. NO LUCK on my end…They just kept saying We are sorry…..It’s just bad business if you ask me. Do not offer something for an incredible price if you don’t plan on honoring it!
