Check out a few of the 5-star reviews:
This desk is absolutely adorable! It is very well made and sturdy for the price I paid $109 I was very impressed! It has a nice honey color, slants just enough, has a pencil groove at the top. The hinge on the desk allows it to stay open so child can grab things out w/o the top falling down. It is nice and roomy inside. The desk is made for smaller kids, I would say from age 2 to maybe 8 depending on how tall the child is. My kid is tall for 5 1/2 and fits it nicely and should fit it for at least an additional year. A must have for lots of homework or homeschooling.
This desk is well made – good quality for the price. The desk and the chair (14″ seat height from the floor) are the right sizes for 4-6 year-olds, even 3-6 year-olds, but if you have a child who is 7 yrs+ you need a bigger desk!
I bought this desk for my daughter and it is great. The desktop is on a hinge that doesn’t allow it to slam shut. In fact, it stays up until you pull it down. My daughter loves it and she’ll be able to use it for years!!

Was about to get it but read the reviews. my daughter is 6 1/2 so Im thinking she will be too big for it in less than a year from now.
Read the reviews this desk is too small for any child over 6
Yeah I did research like crazy for kids desks and came to the conclusion to just buy a normal desk that matches my furniture and get an adjustable chair for my son.
QVC has a desk/chair for kids that is very affordable and is lightweight enough to move from room to room easily–for coloring, crafts, school work, eating, etc. It’s made of plastic–not as nice as this set–but can be sanitized and cleaned easily. The tray can be adjusted/slanted to each child’s level and height preference. I think it’s in the $30 price range not including shipping costs.
That sounds like a nice product. Natalie could you please provide a link to the desk/chair.
I was interested too, so I searched for it. Thought this might be what she was talking about, but I’m not sure. It’s cute though and I’m thinking of getting one for my daughter! https://www.qvc.com/Table-Mate-Childrens-Table-&-Chair-with-Activity-Pouch.product.V31151.html?refType=IOFFER&refNumber=H350929&sc=V31151-DTLR&cm_sp=UPSELL-_-IOFFER-_-1&relType=IOFFER&refLocation=1
The desk through QVC is a great product. I got my daughter one about a year and half ago. She’s getting ready to turn 7 and it’s still a good fit for her. She’s used it every day since we got it and its still in great shape. This product is definitely worth every penny!!
darn! I missed it $114 now. 🙁
