You need to copy and paste the link for it to work. I posted the link but it’s waiting for approval. Just follow through and when you get to the form, copy and paste into another browser. It worked for me.

I got an error when I pressed Submit. When I pressed the back button and re-pressed Submit I got the same error message as everyone else.

Wait…don’t add it to your cart! Click on the GET A SAMPLE link instead. Fill out your info w/your costco # then cross your fingers. It said I had already requested one (don’t remember) or I was ineligible 🙁 Good luck to those it works for 🙂
I did the copy and paste thing as suggested and just got mine with no problem!

I just copied and pasted the link right now and it let me enter my info and it said thank you! You will receive your sample in 4-6 weeks.
I clicked on the “Get A SAMPLE” link and it seems to have worked!
Worked for me with no problem. I didn’t click the “add to cart”. I clicked the blue “get a sample” link that takes you to a non-Costco site for you to enter in your info. It immediately worked, no delay at all, and said 4-6 weeks.

Didn’t see algal8’s comment (#31). So made the mistake of trying to put in my cart and check out. That’s not it. When you are on page with item description, look for item number. Just underneath there is “GET A SAMPLE” in blue. This takes you to the form. Not sure if this link will help anyone get there directly:
