Weird! Still won’t work for me. It just says I’ve already collected offer or I am not eligible. I’ve never gotten a free razor sample through my costco membership before, so I don’t know what’s up!
When I tried this last week Lindsay I got the same message you did (although I never had signed up for it). This time it worked.
I chalk it up to “win some, lose some” with these free deals!
Lindsay, if you were trying this on your phone, try again on your desktop or laptop computer. You may have better luck. Or try a different ISP. Some readers last week were saying that helped 🙂

I went from getting an error that I had an incorrect member number. Have my card in my hand and checked it 5 times; it’s right. To then having it just go to the homepage with no response when I submit. who knows!??
Me too…I am using a business card. Maybe that’s why.
I just got mine (6:26 EST). I was having issues using Internet Explorer. If you are having issues, try to link to it in Google Crome. That’s how it worked correctly for me. HTH

Yep, just copy the link to Chrome, when i try using safari, i got the message says that i registered already, which i did not. but after reading what CW said, i used chrome and worked perfectly.
Was using my android. Going to try Chrome on my ipad in a few…to be continued…
