I just found the play-doh coupon on the Target Website under toys.

    • amanda

Me too–was just coming to post! It’s a manufacturer’s coupon.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks – I forgot about that coupon! Just added to the scenario! 🙂

I bought the Sally Hansen nail strips that were on clearance a while back with the $3.00 off printable coupon (making them only $0.50). That spit out a $4 off 2 Catalina that I used this week on other clearance ones that were marked down to $2.10 a piece. $0.20 for two! Whoop! Then after paying for those, it spit out a $2 off one nail strip coupon. So I got another one! I’m using them for donations and for my sister’s Easter basket.

I also got a three pack of Hanes undies for $3.15 ($1.05 a pair!)

Totally did some work at the Little Red Boutique this past week 🙂

  3. Amanda

They have a ton of cabinet hardware on clearance! I was able to get new hardware for our whole kitchen for super cheap

    • Kim

Thank you for posting about the hardware- I headed up to my Target and purchased new hardware for my entire house (kitchen with lots of cabinets and 2 bathroom vanities) for less than $60! You saved me a bunch of money on a project I was going to do soon anyway 🙂

  4. CA

Got the Swiffer 360 Dusters on clearance 50%, which made them under $5 each. Took the P&G coupon for B1 Kit, G1 Refill free {up to $7}. Since the Dusters were “kits”, I got 4 of them and 4 refills {three of them under $5 reg price, one $7.99 reg price}. At the register, it took off the full $7 for all of them! Got all 8 items for $14! Less than 2 of the Dusters at reg price! 😀

  5. Destinee

I found baby leg warmers for 1.98 and circo crib sheets for 4.98 (free with target Q)!!

  6. Destinee

    Also target.com has $2 Q for baby alive…so only 4.99 with both Q’s?

    • Rebekah

Yeah but it’s a Manufacturer’s coupon, so you can’t use both.

  7. Jennifer

    where are the safes located?

    • Jack

Safes are in the normal spot in the school or office supply…just went back today and the section was completely wiped out

  8. Sophie

Ours had women’s no show socks for $.45 a pair, fireplace stuff (screens, buckets for ashes, tools) for 70% off – tons of it left, and the Sally Hansen nail deal (including catalina’s for $2 off) listed above in Becky’s post.

  10. Lindsay S

I found the scotch pop up tape dispensers on an end-cap marked down to 1.34 with 1.00 off 1 peelie coupons on them making them .34 cents each! I also found all of the planners marked down to 70% off.

    • Deb

The peelies on the ones I saw had expired last June.

  11. Gen

Our space heaters were marked down to 70% off a few months ago in the Atlanta area

    • hologram87

I did this too! Mine was $4.43 after the sale and coupons!

  12. Tarri

My store had the 10pk playdough marked at 6.xx but rang up 3.99, used the $1 MQ. I also got recently the Sally Hansen Nail Strips and used the $3 MQ IP or $2MQ CAT to get them .56 or less. Going to probably donate these to put in my goodie bags for next Christmas for Baskets of Love.

  13. Jill F.

I was thrilled to finally see some great diaper clearance! Got a box of Pamper Cruisers size 4 132 count marked down to $13.34. Made that deal even sweeter with coupons too!

  14. Emily

I found the small size Almay make up removal wipes in the travel section for $1.49. Combined with the $5/2 Almay Cosmetic coupon Colin posted about a few weeks ago this made for better than free make up removers.

I was hoping to do the price match for the Fisher Price Laugh and Learn puppy but TARGET did not have it in stock plus I read many negative reviews about price matching. I was going to use the weekly ad from Kmart to price match it for $24.99 and then use the $10 MC and $10 Target coupon. Anyways it did not work at Target because all the items I wanted were out of stock.

I went to Kmart today and found the Fisher Price Laugh and Learn puppy ($24.99…normally $49.99) and the table ($21.49 …normally $44.99). I am not too familiar with Kmart so I asked the cashier if I could use $10 MC for each product and she said that I could. I wanted to make sure before I get ready to check out, I did not want to hold up the line..it’s kinda embarrassing sometimes …especially when you get the nastiest stares. :-O

I basically purchased the Groover remote (Sesame Street) for $6.50 (on sale at Kmart) and then used the $3 coupon that was in the Sunday paper. Paid $3.83 OOP (incl tax) ….this is an AWESOME deal because the same toy was $14.99 at Toysrus.
BUT I MUST SAY THAT IT IS A VERY ANNOYING TOY….TOO BAD IT’S OPEN AND MY SON IS PLAYING WITH IT.

Well that was the first transaction and after I paid, I got back this print out saying that SPEND $30 on toys and get 10,000 Bonus points = $10. So I went back and purchased both Fisher Price items…I was debating if I should wait for Target to get the items in stock or just go ahead and buy it and pay a little extra. WHICH I AM GLAD I DID. So I paid $28 and change (includes tax) for both items. Got $10 in bonus points so basically $18 for both items. You can’t beat that….it was worth paying a few extra bucks and ignore the hassle and issues at Target.

And guess what??? Right after that I got to Target and they had two puppies sitting there … laughing at me for not getting a good deal…lol…

It was too late because I gave the 2 Target $10 coupons to the cashier who was ringing me up and she was so sweet…I just had to give it to her. She was asking me how to get the coupons and where to find out about these deals because she had two kids. So I did what any hip2saver would do. I wrote down the web address (hip2save) for her. She was super happy. I told her to price match at Target and just gave her some info on how to do that. I also gave her the Kmart online print out for the table but I told her that I wasn’t sure if she could price match online prices.

Some cashiers are so nice that I don’t mind sharing the knowledge that I have about couponing. They just outnumber the RUDE ones for me.

My son is already playing with all three toys and I am enjoying his excitement.

I really wanted to post the details of my transactions because I am sure there are other people out there that have their eyes on this AWESOME deal.

I saw on youtube that some of these people got the puppy for $4.99 and the table for $1.49. Good for them because I don’t have the patience for TARGET. WORSE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE but I love their DEALS so I swallow the bullet sometimes with a BIG SMILE on my face. 🙂

***Kmart has tons of toys on the clearance shelf and they are additional 50% off…so do check it out.
***Toysrus had Hasbro Cosmic Chicken Board Game for $2 down from $19.99.
REDAKAI XDrive Deck + Battlefield accessories down to $2.99 from $24.99.
Woodkins Dress your kid down to $1.50 (retail was around $15)

    HAPPY SHOPPING EVERYONE.
    THANK YOU COLLIN 🙂

    • Victoria

The people on YouTube, did they price match off a newspaper ad or online ad? TIA

      • Victoria

Looks like they won’t price match Kmart online – found the ride on puppy shows up on the online local add, doesn’t show the table though. Wonder if they will still accept it if I bring both? Does anyone know?

        • Madiha

It depends on where you go because some people were able to price match online ad. I didn’t try at Target at all and paid extra at Kmart. But some ppl did get lucky. You definitely can get the puppy for $4.99 because the Kmart weekly ad has the price printed as $24.99. These toys are great. My son is loving them. HTH

          • JanaGad

When I went to my local Kmart the other all toys on clearance were also marked down an additional 50% off. I got the Spin Master Cars 2 Real Lighting McQueen for 31.50 originally $70. I was going to order it only because it was listed at $26 but after the 6.50 shipping charge finding it in the store made it a few dollars cheaper. But it you have free shipping with the Shop Your Way rewards it would be even cheaper!

  16. Tonia Shunk

I was able to get the Fisher Price Laugh & Learn Stride-to-Ride Puppy for only $4.99 today at my Target in Colorado Springs. I brought in Kmart’s weekly add, which had it on sale for $24.99, and I used the man coupon for $10 and Target coupon for $10, also. I had no problems doing this transaction. I just went up to the customer service desk, and they did it for me there. I was so excited when I left the store! I hope everyone else has good luck!

    • Shayla

you are lucky, my Target always says they will price match after the Target coupon, so not as good of a deal. But way tto go, never hurts to ask =)

    • Sara

I scored the Fisher Price Musical Table for $11 yesterday! Price matched on Amazon for $21.49 then used the $10 manufacturer q. They actually scanned the q and it came up as invalid but they pushed it through. They are not supposed to accept the Target coupon as well on price matching but good for those who get it!

      • Victoria

I tried here in Midlothian, VA. Midlothian Tnpk Target said that they didn’t even price match Kmart at all. Westchester Target price matched but then wouldn’t take any coupons when they did, not even the manufacturers (which also scanned as invalid when they checked to see if the total would ring up any cheaper if I didn’t price match–just the coupons, and then they wouldn’t even take those that way either.) Overall big disappointment. I’m a young single mom, so could of really used the break.

        • Diya

Victoria if you have want both toys for less than $30 then go to Kmart. My coupons scanned fine. I paid $28 (and that includes tax) plus $10 in bonus points. Please read my detailed post above. I have three kids and I am a stay home mom so I know how it is. Sometimes it’s better to pay a little bit extra and avoid the hassle. I wouldn’t have gotten it if my total went above $30. After points … It was only $18 for both toys. Not bad at all for toys that would’ve cost me above $90.

Both toys are so easy to put together. I think I made the right choice.

          • Diya

Actually above $100 with tax. Excuse the typos.

  17. cheri

I wonder why the coupons for the fisher price table are coming up as an invalid q. The same thing happened to me at target yesterday. The cashier was nice, but did ask where I got the coupon from, I told her coupons.com, and she did enter it manually.

  18. Jennifer

my store did not have any fire safes 🙁

    • Deb

My store had safes but only 1 was on sale.

  19. Megan

Thank you so much for posting about the safes. We’ve been looking for one and went today, thinking they’d be all out… but alas!… Found a Sentry Safe Fireproof .8 cubic foot safe , regularly priced at $110, marked down to $32!! Thrilled! Thanks 🙂

  20. Jenn

I was able to find a Simple Human trash can, regular price is over $100, for $29.98 and a Sentry filing safe for $9.76, regular price is about $46 at Target.

    • Deb

Thanks to your post, I went and got the SH trash can too. My son’s been looking for a nice one for his house. It’ll be a great b’day gift. I couldn’t find the regular price on the trash can, just know that the SH products are fairly expensive, so I’m happy I got a good deal!
