Keep in mind that the voucher may take up to 1 business day to arrive in your Inbox (mine arrived within 12 hours). Even sweeter, you can apply the $15 voucher code towards shipping costs which were $4.99 for me. I was able to score The Real Princess Paperback book with Story CD priced at $9.99 completely FREE – no credit card required! Awesome!

I know MA and CA residents are charged tax. It’s according to your state’s laws.

Did everybody receive their codes? It’s been more than 24 hours since I did the survey and I still haven’t received mine. Any ideas on what I could do apart from trying (usually unsuccessfully! Lol) to be patient?

So thankful for this website!! Spent a lot of time this morning trying to get a book and finally did. Only got charged tax for a $9.99 “Twelve Dancing Princesses” book. Sweet deal and my 6 year old will love it!!

Hey Tia–This happened to me at first as well. I then realized that some of the books ship to countries to promote literacy and are actually not meant for personal purchase so you can’t apply the codes to them. For instance, the description for Mama Panya’s Pancakes says, “This book will ship directly to children in schools and libraries across Africa.” Look at other books that don’t have these shipping restrictions and you’ll be able to use your code

I got an email that said they have experienced extremely high demand based on the survey offer and they are emailing out the vouchers in batches today and continuing through the next several days. You should receive your voucher by email during this time-frame.

I wrote them to ask about my order, and here is the response I got. Looks like all is well!
“Hope all is well. I’ve checked on your order for you. Usually our warehouse has a 48 hour processing period, but our recent survey has led to a high volume of orders which has caused a delay. Currently there are 5,000.
Your order should ship out shortly.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions.”

I went to check the status on the website and it basically says I haven’t ordered anything . Let’s keep our fingers crossed. I told my DD about the book and she keeps asking me like every day when she gets it.
