If the $2/1 coupon excludes wipes, we can only use 2 of the coupons on scenario #2.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Oops, thanks for catching that! Just updated the scenario!

  2. kdd4g2

    Collin,

I think the coupon says only 2 identical coupons per transaction. So maybe we can only use 2 at a time. Thanks for the great deal though!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Oops, just updated! Thanks for letting me know!

  3. Pat

where in CVS can we find these?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

You can find them on the skincare aisle next to the other Simple facial care products! 🙂

  4. Nita

My store also let me use a $5 off $15 cosmetic purchase that printed from the coupon center on the Simple skincare deal. My Mother received the same coupon this week so hopefully most others will too.

    • Kat

Hi Nita, I got that coupon too and I didn’t use it because I wasn’t sure if the cosmetics coupon could be used towards skincare. Glad it worked for you. That must have been an awesome deal 🙂

      • cannielle

There are skin care products, not cosmetic.Just because the coupon go through fine doesn’t mean it is a correct usage.

        • airnay

A manager told me once that all items from skincare to makeup is consider cosmetics.

          • mel

So if I have a skincare coupon, I can use it on cosmetics then going by your managers logic?

    • kouponk

Which coupon center do you mean?

      • Donna

At CVS, you scan your extracare rewards card at the red coupon machine, usually located near the front of the store. It will print out coupons to be used in store. Make sure you scan it at least twice and you will usually get different coupons each time. HTH:)

Anyone have any feedback on this brand?

    • Monica

My 11 year old daughter loves the cleanser,

    • natalie

i love this for my sensitive, acne prone skin. Have tried all 3 products and they are all amazing…gentle and doesn’t irritate my skin at all

      • mel

I love all their products that I’ve tried – cleanser, scrubbing face wash, wipes, day lotion and eye makeup remover. Its very light & fresh and doesn’t irritate my skin. Only thing I haven’t tried is the night cream and that’s b/c I use Olay.

    • Elizabeth

I have combination to oily skin and this made me breakout.

    • Elizabeth

I have oily skin and the cleanser made me breakout.

    • Britt

I have oily skin and I use several of the items. They’re my favorite.

    • Holly

I don’t like the liquid makeup remover. It doesn’t remove regular mascara; water and face wash is much easier!

    • glo

My teenage son uses simple skin care line and he likes it. His Dermatologist told him to use oil free face care products and it’s hard to find skin care products that are oil free that he likes.

    • Liz

I have oily skin and my husband is acne prone, we both love the wipes, cleanser, and I love the eye makeup remover. It takes off my waterproof mascara as well as the lash primer I put on everyday!

  6. mel

The coupons exclude trial & travel size, so wouldn’t this kit be considered a trial item?

    • cannielle

They are.7 wipes, cleanser and moisturizer are less than 2 oz.

    • daisy

I had the same question but I think since it is a kit they are letting it pass. The cashier asked about this to the manager and he said it was fine.

  7. Donna

Can someone please explain how we can purchase 4 if the coupons all say “Limit 1 coupon per purchase and maximum of 2 identical coupons allowed in the same shopping trip.” I’m not sure how this works.

    • Tara

It means you can only use 1 coupon per item and only 2 identical coupon in a transaction

      • trippy79

You use 2 of the printed coupons and 2 of the coupons from the insert. =)

        • Donna

Thank you Tara and trippy79 for explaining this 🙂

  8. Laura

Can I use the 25% off coupon with this?? And I already used a 5/15 cosmetic coupon, is anyone getting more than one?

    • Jen

no because of the $2 off sale. 25% off will only work on NON sale items

  9. trippy79

Unfortunately it’s a sale item and you can’t use those % off coupons on sale items, it says so in the fine print. =(

  10. Nicole C.

Thank you! I live in an area with higher priced items, so the kits were $6.29 normal price, but still a great deal for rolling some ECBs!

  11. trippy79

just left my cvs empty handed because these did not scan as being on sale, they were full price at $5.99 each where i am. 🙁

    • trippy79

just left the other cvs in my area and they scanned as being on sale, so weird. but yeah, both of the stores i went to only had 2 on the shelf and said they had no more in stock until Wednesday when the next truck supposedly comes in. so I’ll be coming back then to get this deal. glen burnie, md

  12. sparkler789

My CVS only had two of the kits in stock. They were on sale for $3.99 each and I used two $2.00 off coupons to buy them. The coupons did work and my total for two kits was $4.58 after tax.

  13. nikki

Is this deal in florida too

  14. ThatWordChick

Just got back from CVS, they only had one kit left! I’d already made the trip, though, so I grabbed three packages of wipes at 4.50 (as opposed to the 3.99 of the kits) to bump it up past the $15 threshold. I printed two coupons.com $2 off and happened to have two of the RP inserts, so my total went from 17.50 to 9.50, and I got a $5 ECB, so I ended up paying 4.50 for a kit and three packages of wipes – not bad!

Of course, because why stop there, I used the $5 ECB and a $2 off another product coupon that printed to pick up two iBotta items in the same trip and scanned everything I could with Shopkick while I was there. 🙂

    • Kristen

Did the coupons.com coupon work for the wipes? I thought it said excludes wipes.

      • lilly

It states right on the coupon that it excludes wipes.

      • ThatWordChick

It did work, but I had a friendly cashier. The checker can make all the difference for stuff like this. I make a habit of getting to know mine, sliding them spare coupons, not pushing the rules too far or arguing, etc. Politeness goes a long way in couponing!

        • Anna

If it says you should not use it on something why try to see if you can get away with it?

          • ThatWordChick

Um, because the company gets reimbursed for the face value anyway? I buy products, store gets money, company gets hype and additional orders, everyone benefits. *shrug*

  15. trippy79

FYI you don’t need to spend $15 all in one trip to get the $5 ECB, it can be spread throughout multiple trips/transactions. It will tell you how much is needed to earn the reward at the bottom of your receipt. =)

    • jennine

did not know that! thanks for the tip

  16. Chels

I bought 2 kits and 2 face washes they let me use 3 of the 2 dollar off coupons plus my 5 dollar off cosmetic coupon that printed out of the machine all for 8 dollars then the EBC was 5 dollars 😀

  17. Susan

I was only able to find one coupon in redplum?

    • kristi

I believe she means you need two coupons for the deal, not that there are two in each paper. you will need two papers, cutting one coupon from each.

  18. Ry

What does it mean when CVS prints “limit 1”?

    • mel

The limit tells you how many times a deal can be done. this particular spend deal, can only be done 1 time (spend $15, get $5) If the limit said 2, then you can spend $30 in a single transaction, and you’d get a single $10 ecb

      • cathycampo

How many times can you do this deal? I have done the deal 2 times (2 visits to the same cvs). after the first deal, at bottom of my receipt, it said that i spent $17.16 on this deal and needed $12.84 to earn reward. after 2nd deal, the receipt said i spent $14.67, needed $13.17 to earn reward. can i do the deal a 3rd time?

        • Naomi

It’s actually a part of hidden monthly deal! 🙂 It is limit 6 according to “iheartcvs” website. HTH:)

  19. Stephanie

I got the last 2 my cvs had!! Unger $2 each! Woo hoo!

    • Stephanie

      Oops! Under*

    • daisy

starting to think that every cvs only carries 2. haha. The two that I went to had only 2 each also. My total for the 4 even though I had to buy 2 in one store and 2 in another came out to be 7.54 – $5 ecb that I got back it’s like I paid $2.54(.63 cents each with tax). happy camper here.

  20. daisy

I just went to my 2 cvs that I have and both of them only have 2 each. I didn’t get any haha. I was planning on using the cvs coupon as well of $2 off $10 facial moisturizer, cleanser or acne care with 2 off them it wasn’t going to hit the mark. I came home and printed the $1 off $5 instead. Hope they are still there.

  21. Kelsi

They have these at my target and are the full sizes, they are priced at $14.99 plus get a $5 GC and use the $2 coupon, comes to $8 for three full size products!!

  22. Danielle Simone Williams

    what is an RP insert?

    • Donna

RP stands for redplum-the coupon inserts you receive in the Sunday paper:)

  23. vibee

Can this work as two transactions with only the print out coupons?

    • Jen

yes 🙂 as long as you split the transaction up

  24. Amanda

why didn’t I get that coupon in my rp?

  25. Melissa

My CVS and all CVS in Chicago Area only had 2 at each CVS. I had her check other stores in the district. I got 2 kits and 2 wipes ended up paying 4.98 and getting $5 in ECB. I also used .50 cents in EBC for my transaction
