I was shopping in Barnes and Noble yesterday. The sign on the clearance table said 75% off but everything was ringing up $2. I went to another Barnes and Noble after that and it was the same situation, $2 for each item.
Some of my favorite finds were a Beatles Monopoly game, a handmade wooden drum set, Crayola Marker Airbrush, a children’s pottery wheel, and Monsters Inc cars. All for only $2 each!

Ours had 75% off toys last week, but prices were SO inflated that there was not one good deal on any of the 4 tables!!

I found these amazing deals in Minnesota.
Found them in Omaha, NE- I think she usually puts states if it’s specific but it seems this one is inclusive of a wide variety of area’s and you just have to check your local store, maybe a phone call if you don’t want to drive to it.

I called back and spoke with some one else and they said YES…that there were three tables full.
I got several Elves on a Shelf last spring when they did the same type of sale–can’t beat $2 gifts!
I did too and I just realized why! They have made a new looking elf for thi a Christmas season.
not much left in NJ, but 2 cute football toys, 2 gift box chocolate bark, and 2 cute pizza making sets (included toddler apron, spatula, pizza pan, pizza hat) – all were $2
there were a ton of hello kitty baking sets, cookies & Halloween cupcakes sets

Just called a store here in the People’s Republic of PDX. He said the 75% off sale started last week and they are down to a few books. Darn! I like to get toys to donate to the Toy and Joy Makers.

My B&N had two full tables left – and there were these Sudoku game/books for $2 (reg. $74.95!!!) Christmas & Kid birthday parties are for next year are DONE!!! Yay!!!

I found a great hardcover “touch and feel” type book for my almost 2 year old.
Called the B&N in Fairlawn, Ohio. He said it just ended at their location :(. Glad I called first they are the closest location to me, but still a 40 minute drive. Thanks for the heads up and happy hunting to you all.

I went to Deerbrook on my way home and there was hardly anything even though I called 30 min before and they said they still had a full table including some toys.
Speaking of Barnes and nobles, does anyone have any My Coke Rewards there willing to give me? I’m trying to get my kids the elf on a shelf with a gift card there offering at Barnes and nobles, I have a TON of points but still a bit short! Laura – Not in southern CA 🙁 I went to 2 large B&N and the sale ended last week and the guy told me that all they had left were a few paper book and a stuffed animal by the end of last week.
I called another and they said they didn’t have anything left after Sunday.

There’s 2 tables. One right in front of customer service full of seasonings, pasta noodles, tea pots, throw blankets and pepper grinders. The other is right in front where you check out and has some stuff for kids but not much. There were Monsters cake or cookie pop kits and a couple weird toys. But really not much for kids at all. I got the last kids book and a bingo word game. That’s it.

I just called the B&N in Independence, MO. They have a $2 table, but they said it was pretty picked over. Not worth the drive for me, but if you’re local it may be worth a look.

I was there today too-I was able to get some Monster University stuff for my kid and nephew. I also got games for family nights! Still a little bit left at 5pm.
Charlotte, NC had the Monopoly Beatles games, something called Who’s Got Game and a bunch of Monsters University toys. They also had Fleece throws and V-Reader cartridges.
Was able to get 6 games. 4 for my gift closet stock pile and two fun word games for my hubby as a “Sweetest Day” present! Thanks for the heads up!!!!

I was in the Aurora area & went to the one on Alameda & at Southlands. They still had a good bit of items left. 🙂 Not much for games, but definitely baking sets, toys, & collectibles. 🙂

Went to the one in Pasadena, TX there was only one toy you left but they had some great children’s book they I will be using in a Christmas book exchange.

Scored at Norwalk, CT store. Smurfs game, cake pop kits, Monsters U cookie decorating kits, lots of Monsters U characters and cars and Hello Kitty whoopie pie kits. Worth the trip. thanks for posting.
Baton Rouge, LA has some left at both locations! Left citiplace B&N with a scrabble gardening game, 4 better homes and gardens cookbooks, Tetris card game, Yahtzee card game, and two sets of boxed notes cards for $20! Some of this will make great Christmas gifts!

Eden Prairie, MN has slim pickings – a few Monsters Inc figures, two baking kits and some lunch bags. For adults, there is one table full of books.

I got some books that my kid can’t put down. NON fiction and its even 3d! My store had a ton of monsters inc / university toys and cake, cupcakes and cookie kits. Some of the toys make great cake toppers so they are great finds for a birthday . Also found the Lego containers and some board games
Went and found some board games, Sudoku kits and cake kits. I live in Northern CA…. could use them as Christmas gifts.
