Is anyone else having problems with amazon prime orders not arriving by the guaranteed delivery date? I’ve had 2 orders now arrive a week after the guaranteed date. It is frustrating paying for prime membership and not having the orders arrive. Just curious if others are experiencing this issue too or I’m just lucky 🙂
It’s happened to me quite a few times. One item took almost three weeks! I decided not to complain since they’re just Christmas gifts, but it is frustrating. Not sure if it’s Amazons fault or the delivery service they use.
My one order from Amazon(using Prime) this year came on time. Everything else–especially Kohls and Staples– was late. I know the weather was bad, though.
You know, I have had the feeling lately that things were taking long to arrive but I haven’t really paid close enough attention. You also have to not count weekends so that makes it seem even longer.
I have had issues. Its the weather and holiday season. I inquired w amazon on a large item not getting here on time and they credited my amazon acct $5:)
