Hello I’m new to couponing and I wanted to know if anyone has had any problems with CVS employees telling you they didn’t want to take ‘your filthy coupon’. Being new to this and being told that discourages me from attempting to coupon. I have never felt so embarrass in my life. Has anyone ran into problems like that?
I love couponing at cvs, I’ve never encountered anything like you have there in the past. You should call corporate about that.
No, never. I would have asked to speak to the manager and/or called cs right then!
Hi, Fran! Please see my reply below. I forgot to hit reply when I posted my response. Blonde moment!!
Filthy coupon? Whoever said that to you is a worthless piece of crap!
Make sure when u call corporate you know their name that told u that. If u don’t, it’s worth going back to the store to verify their name or call the store locally and describe the person so they can help u identify this persons name. No one should say something like that to you…ever, coupon or no coupon!!
Definitely call corporate! That’s horrible. I’ve had nothing but good experience with cvs – walgreens on the other hand.
Sorry you had to deal with that.
No, all the employees at any of the CVS I have shopped at are very nice. Never had anyone say that to me anywhere really though.
How do you use both the Nestle coupon and the Hershey’s coupon together at Rite Aid?
Nestlé coupon is a manufacturers coupon and Hershey’s is a riteaid coupon which u can print after u watch a video in their website.
But they are different BRANDS, so not a stackable deal.
Hershey’s, Nestle or Mars Candy Pouches or Minis 4.6-15 oz 2/$6
The scenario is to buy 2 bags of Nestle and 2 bags of Hershey’s, they are both on sale.
NO, her scenario uses the $1/2 Hershey’s VV AND 2 $1/1 IPs on the NESTLE bags. It should just be $6 – $2 for the Nestle bags = $4, or $2 each. VV should not be in the deal scenario at all.
I also LOVE couponing at CVS! The store employees are so friendly and helpful. They love the great deals I get! I would definitely report your experience not only to corporate, but also the store/district manager. No one should be treated like that and I’m sure they would be in trouble for doing so.
Ditto!
The employees at our CVS are very friendly. They never have given me any problems with my coupons.
