Help! What does “add on” item mean? I just subscribed and It wont ship until the 19th. But what else do I need to do? And when do I pay or get charged?

Be careful of all the soy ladies. Our bodies process it as estrogen. Wonder why your moody? Too much soy could be the answer. This has soy and whey but doesn’t specify how much. It’s a good price.
