Another item for my gift closet!!! Yay!!
My daughter got this for Christmas and is now one, and still loves playing with the teapot. She chews on the cakes and gets a kick out of it when I pretend to drink from the cups.
My daughter received this as a baby around 6 mths old and now she is 6 & still plays with it. She enjoys when you ‘pour’ it and have real tea pouring sounds.

How do i get free shipping. Can i price match it at some store?
Question about gift closets. Do you worry about needing receipts or keeping the gifts too long? I worry the recipient won’t be able to return it if they get a double or just don’t like it. Otherwise I love the idea and keep a small one myself.
I’m curious to see other’s answers on these questions as well.
I would never give a gift without a gift receipt so I only do gift closets for my kids.
When it is not your kids, it is important to give the gift receipt. It was not when I was a kid, but where we live, everyone gives the gift receipt. As a Mom, I LOVE the gift receipt since it saves duplicates and waste. 🙂
IMHO, A gift receipt is a nice courtesy but certainly not an expectation.
I don’t know about all stores, but I would can caution anyone about returning Amazon items. It can be tricky in my experience…
Hi Alison. I’m so shocked you had trouble with Amazon. They have been amazing about returns for me and even took back 2 used items due to quality and another item they sent me the toy before I sent the old one back so my daughter wouldn’t be upset. I would definitely ask for a Manager if that happens again- All of my return have been super easy and more than fair. Sorry that wasn’t your experience 🙂
Amazon is awesome about returns. I had a broken leappad and they had me return it and send me a new one at no cost.
I have had VERY VERY VERY great experiences with Amazon returns. One time they even refunded me 90% of the purchase price of an item because it was described incorrectly and let me keep the item. It was supposed to be a laptop tote, but it had no laptop compartment. I loved the look of it, so I was thrilled to keep it for a few bucks!
I also bought it for my gift closet. What a great price. I’ve never had an issue with someone wanting to return something I’ve gifted so far and it’s a great way to purchase nice gifts for reasonable prices. Hope this helps with your question. Good Luck! 🙂

I found when I went to the Amazon website and put it into the search bar, the price came up as $15.99, but then I went back to this page and followed the link, and it showed up as $8.99, and that is the price I bought it for:)

Yes, as long as the price is still the same when you get there. Mine looks it up at the register, so I’d check when you get there.
