I just called customer service and they said that if you used any code besides the basic 50% off code that comes with the referral that the person sending the referral doesn’t receive the $20 credit. Any further insight on this since everyone is posting their links?
How do you use the $5 off with the promo code for the box? It only allows you to put in one code.

After i placed the order for the box it took me to a screen where you can place another order for an add on item to the box. Thats when i used the 5 off.
I did this back in May and got a box for $5. I just received mine last week and canceled. It was worth it for $5 or $7 for sure but not the normal price.

Omg i was doing this on my phone chose subscription and thought i was adding to cart. Never let me add promo code or continue shopping. Automatically processed for $126!
I am so pissed! Tried calling customer service and no answer- had to leave mssg! And of course already showing on my bank acct! I knew i shouldnt have tried this! 😡😡😡
Call your credit card company and go ahead and cancel/dispute the charge. Tell them it was only supposed to be $7 and you want it disputed because the people didn’t answer when you called. They will take care of it for you.

Most of these Box a month companies wont do anything after you cancel they will prob just send you coupons on other boxes. I love month a box deals.
Yes, you can cancel after you get your first box with no penalty. It’s done online and they will ask you a few questions but that’s all it entails. It’s a business so they are going to offer sales like these to get people interested and buying subscriptions. They may send coupons or promos via email to get you to come back but that’s it’s.
I canceled without penalty and then rejoined once they offered me a really good deal to join again.
I just finished a 6 month subscription and went through the online cancellation form and it asked if I wanted to continue for a really really good price so I did:)
Agh! I got thru to customer service- very nice. Subscription cx and changed to monthly- got my $5 box yay! Whew! I did not want $126 charged on my acct! 😜😱

I initially signed up for just 1 box and then cancelled. I was able to cancel via Citrus Lane’s website. A short while later they ran an awesome promo for 6-months worth of boxes and I got those for my then 18 month old son. We have enjoyed the boxes and I’m glad I’ve been able to try some new products that I maybe wouldn’t have even seen in my local area.
