Thanks Collin! I went thru Ebates for 6% back 🙂 I also had $15 in points to use so i got them for about $45+ tax. It said I got 40,445 in points. Good enough for me 🙂

    • Kidsallgone

So I just googled the headphones but before I got to read any reviews (prob should have read them before ordering lol) I noticed that they were on the sears outlet site for $41.93 but with 420 points back. It came to about $45 with tax which is what I paid for it on the sears.com site but I will get back $40 in points. If I use my $15 in points on the outlet site, I will pay $30 and only get 42 cents back in points. Bottom line…Collins deal is better. I made the right choice! PS I did call sears outlet to see if they would honor the $40 in points. No such luck lol.

I’m thinking that if I went thru ebates on my phone that it never seems to give me credit 🙁 Not a happy camper about that. Especially since it is 6% back from Sears.

Check your inbox. If you have silver status (some people have been granted silver as a courtesy, without having to spend thousands at Sears), on July 1st the reward reset, these headphones are one of the options for 100% back in points.

be careful of these sears deals. Certain deals have points with short expirations now. Anywhere from a few weeks to a few months. It’s not shown on any of the product pages which makes these deals pretty dishonest on sears’ part.

In fact, Hip2save should put warnings on any new sears deals about this.

    • Rebe

Really? I have never had a problem with a Sears deal that they would not correct/honor when I call customer service. My experience only.

    • Kidsallgone

Are these noise canceling? I can’t get in the Internet at this moment to check your link 🙁

      • Whitney

        I don’t believe so.

If you go to your coupons and add the $10 points back with $50 purchase they are working together I only had $4 in points it says pay $55 and receive $50.60 in points so $5.00!!

    • Kidsallgone

What??!!?? Ugh (meaning why didnt i think if that!!) Lol!!

    • Laura

My $10 off $50 coupon said in store only…great that your coupon allowed online.

However, I’m still happy with the purchase, because after purchasing it online with gift cards, the 40,600 points were immediately added to my SYWR acccount even before store pickup. Awhile ago, I received an email that says Kmart will match my points spending up to $100, one time only with printed email , so that is an additional $40 free and a money maker because of the matching.

      • Whitney

I didn’t find it on the SYW website either, but I did receive an email from SYW on 7/1 with that $10 off $50 online or in-store at Sears and was able to load it from there. Hope others received that email as well.

    • Hiro

      Thank you!!! I checked my e-mail ( for “Shop your way” , “Sears” , and “K-mart” ),
and I found Coupon for “$10 points back with $50 purchase in store or online”!
I used $4 in point and $55.99+ tax paid. And earned $50.56 + will get cash back from Shop At Home $3.91… Net cost will be $1.52 + tax I paid!!!

      • ang

Thanks so much the $10 in points wasn’t showing up under my coupons at the shopyourway.com website but I checked me email and was able to load it from there.

    • Kidsallgone

      I didn’t get that offer

  4. Maria

Went down to $40.60 in points back now, but still a great deal! Scored one for the Christmas closet. Thanks Collin!

    • Jennine

It says 40.60 on the site, but once you log into syw it goes up to the 43$ points

      • Maria

It never did go up to $43 for me.. I got $40.60 back in points.

  5. Peg

shoot I forgot ebates I found coupon on the site for $10 in points on purchase of $50 so I got 50,060 points

  6. Emily

I think they’re going to cancel my order. I still have 11,000 points in my account and the order status is unavailable when I go in to check on it. It seems like everything I order from Sears is either out of stock when I order for store pick-up so they cancel my order or they just flat out cancel it. I’m sick of that.

    • Emily

And now the order does show up in my account. Their site is awful.

  7. Queenjen87

Doesn’t look like the reviews are saying these would be good for mowing the grass 🙁 boo. More for airplane travel or in home use.

    • Emily

That’s true. They are noise cancelling but they’re not ear protection. It is more for eliminating office noise while you’re trying to work.

  8. Karen

Spent an hr on this. Every time I tried to place the order it took off my $10 of extra points for spending $50. Waited on hold to cuts service for 15 min and finally got disgusted and quit!

    • Emily

My 10 off $50 coupon was only for in-store purchases only. Some people have a different coupon, but I’m guessing yours is the in-store only one if it doesn’t come off.

    • Nguyet

Karen- I discovered that my subtotal had to be $50+ for the for the “$10 in bonus points when you spend $50” to be applied. Since I had over $14 of existing SYW rewards, when that got applied, it removed the $10 bonus. I opted to apply only 9,990 SYW points to the order so my subtotal was $50 exactly. Then the $10 bonus was credited. Definitely NOT a perfect system by Sears but I like this deal and so paying just $5 in tax for headphones worked out for me. Hope this helps you if you decide to give it another try.

If you are a Rite Aid shopper, they have an UP reward deal this week for $5 wyb $25, limit 2, for Sears – Thanks for the FYI Collin! I did that deal this morning. When you pair it with this deal, it works out great. I spent $50 on the GC, $5 in tax on the headphones and used $10 in SYW credit = $65. What I got back was $10 in UP rewards and $50 in SYW credit. My net cost was only $5. I’m happy with that. 🙂

An FYI that the $5 off $50 codes (SEARS2014 / SEARS5OFF50) didn’t work on this order. I’m not sure why but I’ll just hold onto them to make the next deal sweeter.

Question: Do people just stumble upon these items with high bonus points? Is there a quick way to search / filter on Searsor SYW for these items?

Thanks Collin. My DD birthday is coming up, this will be perfect

  10. Melanie

Ebates also has a $5 off $50 coupon in addition to the 6%, too bad I didn’t see it before placing my order.

  11. Tina

The Ebates coupon doesn’t work for me…so strange=( Anyone else having this problem?

  12. nicola

can anyone tell me the title of the email with the 10 off 50 in points please so I can try and find it. Thanksx

    • Maria

The subject on my e-mail from July 1 was “July sizzling statement: points, coupons & more”
