I went to Rite Aid last week and tried to use the 2.50 off coupon for the shampoo and the 3.00 off video values coupon and the cashier told me it is not rite aids policy to adjust down the coupon. She told me I cannot use both coupons. So I called 1800riteaid and the guy that I spoke with told me per their coupon policy they will not adjust down a coupon and their cashier was correct, he said they can adjust down acouple cents????? So are they supposed to adjust down like your post states? Thank you for taking the time to read this
you should be able to use Video Values coupon AND MQ. i bought a filler item to absorb my overage last week–no beeping.
The $3/1 July Video Values coupon is a manufacturer’s coupon not a Rite Aid coupon. Fine print states it cannot be combined with any other offers. Can we use both these coupons together?
Well you cannot use the coupon anywhere but rite aid so I would say it’s a rite aid coupon. I work at rite aid and the register allows us to use both
I’ve never been allowed to use more than 1 coupon per item in Rite Aid in Virginia.
I live in va and have been able to use in-ad coupons with MQ. I have yet to try using a video values coupon though.
I’m a cashier for rite aid in virginia and you should be able to use both a video value and a manufacture coupon.
I did this and ended up paying $.84 because of tax and i still got the $2 reward 🙂 the cashier was impressed lol- oh I’m in northern NJ
My Rite Aid wouldn’t take both due to the Video Value coupon stating it was a manufacturer’s coupon. Still a good deal when you consider getting an additional $2 back.
How do you use mobile coupon in Rite aid I have Rite aid app won’t show coupon s that I got from watching videos
Mobile coupons are different that Video Values. After you watch the video, you have to print out the coupon and present it to the cashier at checkout. Mobile coupons, those are manuf offers, that you click to add to your card, and when you check out, it will apply to your order. You cannot stack a mobile coupon offer with another manuf paper coupon. But you can stack the mobile offer with any Rite Aid store coupon offer, as long as it starts with RC48 or RC49.

I just moved to an area that has rite aid so the store is new to me. When I load coupons to card from the rite aid app are those mq or store q’s?
The load 2 card are manufacture. Video values are rite aid store coupons
I don’t have printer can I use them if I take pic off them
The video values should be loaded to your wellness plus card if I remember correctly

Yes mine did too!!! Lol I thought there was something wrong with my settings.
I found if you print with Chrome instead of Internet explorer they print out normal. I called customer service and they told me the same thing. Hope it works for you too!

I went to a RiteAid tonight in PG Co. MD (I try to patronize pharmacies in depressed neighborhoods so my business will help them stay open to serve their communities – at least that’s how it works in my head, if not economically) and two separate cashiers were completed puzzled by the existence of UP rewards! The pharmacy staff is outstanding but sadly, mgmt isn’t briefing their front desk employees, so beware coupon heartache!

I had Up rewards to use. When my card didn’t scan, they suggested registering for a new card (and hence losing my Up rewards).
Your card did not scan? That’s odd, I’ve worked at rite aid for a year now and have never not had a wellness plus card scan. Maybe try putting your phone number in next time.

Coupon policy says that a manufacturer coupon and a coupon that starts with RC can be used together (the ones in the ad and the video value coupons).

I tried to do this at Rite Aid today, and my coupons were the $3 video values and the $1.50 off manufacturer and the $3 video value wouldn’t scan at all. Is there a specific order they need to be scanned, or can they be entered manually if the coupon won’t scan?
