I read on another site that it did not beep and auto-adjusted to 99 cents.
Just got back and purchased two cards – .99 each-coupon auto adjusted down.

At my Target, if you purchased 3 (or was it 4) Halloween cards, you got a free Halloween Plushie stuffed animal. Since I already purchased my cards, I didn’t do the deal.
It was purchase of 3, but excludes under $1 cards 🙂
