I was told yesterday at target that according to their new coupon policy, I can’t roll them the in the same shopping trip for second transaction.
I have never had an issue using first transaction earned gift cards on my second transaction … I also avoid the “crabby” cashiers and have a few really nice cashiers I use, I typically wait in longer lines just to check out with them, often I’m even complimented by them for how much money I’ve have saved on my visit :0)
They are getting our business either way not sure why they would give you a hard time about it!!
I did this deal today and the cashier asked if I wanted to purchase all of my items together or hold my other items and pay for them with my gift card. I save the Target gift cards to give to friends in need so I held onto it and just did one transaction. But I thought that was very nice of her to offer to split up my order for me.
My target wont let me so ive learned to flip my gift card I wOnt use a $5 gift card Unless I’m going to get a $5 Gift Card.so that way i use my coupons and my gift card i currently have and i walk out with a new gift card

These are usually $3.00 all the time at Dollar General stores!
I checked DG last time I printed the coupon and it was the smaller 16-18 ct boxes that were $3, the larger boxes were $5.xx.
This deal was active 4 weeks ago…I did it then, too!
you cant beat .99c !! these are the big boxes i can’t believe i paid full price for these once upon a time.
I just tried this deal at my Target store and got a “new store policy” from the cashier and then the manager. They don’t accept coupons on items that you get gift cards back “because then they’d be free.” Well, duh. Anyway, I refused the $5 gift card and used the $7 off coupon stack instead.
I just printed the target coupon policy and no where does it say this. I would go back with the coupon policy and ask where this information is? Or ask them to help you find the new coupon policy. This is so weird.
I emailed Target Guest Relations and eventually spoke with someone who was “very sorry” this happened but because their policy states that they reserve the right to refuse any coupon, the manager had the right to decide not to take coupons for gift card promo items. So, this situation isn’t addressed in their policies specifically, but the “reserve the right…” wording allows for manager discretion. Or whims.

Are you able to print 2 coupons from same computer? Only 1 printed each time for me 🙁 It showed available for 2nd print, then nothing printed.

I got 2 boxes for $.99. I chose the boxes that were $6.49 so what a great deal!!! I have many more boxes than I can use by myself so I plan to donate them to a women’s rehab and/ or women’s shelter. It’s so great to use our couponing to be able to help others!!!!
